Very good showing at setting up machine. But gets laughable at the end where there is a lot of footage of the pieces going in to be enrobed, but little showing how they come out. There is a shot of someone frantically grabbing stuff as it comes off the belt ( which seems to be running v fast) but I don't imagine the finished pieces being very good looking after being manhandled off! I think a belt would be a good idea, for them to roll onto and cool.
I thought the same thing lol. The whole point of an enrober is for two reasons-a flawless chocolate coating, and so you don’t have to actually touch it. Not to mention, this one was going way too fast compared to others I’ve seen.
as a (former) chocolatier I can only say that this is a suberb piece of kit, I wish I had this when I was still active...maybe I'd still be active in business...

My thoughts exactly!!!! I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking this. ALSO a video on cleanup would also be nice!
