I just did this on an '18 Beetle. Not sure if it's because my expectations were rock bottom or what, but the difference actually felt insane. Much more responsive, and it also halfway fixed a weird issue I've been having since installing the intake where it makes a teapot sound at 3.5K RPM. Now it only starts at 4-4.5K so cool I guess. *Just the CTS Turbo outlet pipe, not the muffler delete*
@@hoganlarvey I did the muffler delete in combo with the gfb blow off valve and it spools so much faster. Need to change the oiler pipe and I’m sure it help it too.

thaks for making a video in this i was debating on doing this> Did you notice any gains compared to stock.
I would say the gains over stock are negligible, however it may make more of a difference on a tuned car.

I removed the engine mount and lowered my engine an it was 10X easier just fyi
