Dan Lok Oh man! The day that I watched this video a friend of mine sent me an email saying she wanted to explore doing some kind of jv for building her online marketing company. I just got off the phone with her and found out that she is helping out a best selling author who works with 7,6 figure real estate agents. I'll be helping them put together a project for their large list of real estate companies!!! Dan thank you so much for these vids. Watching them helped me understand how to best contribute to her and grow my business despite having no capital. FU money! start up capital is overrated! :D
Besides having the right knowledge and skills, I truly believe his outgoing grounded natural approach is everything. I would love to just chat with him. And I know I'm not the only one.
In my opinion it’s better not to be a dick that way it opens up more doors. Someone could be asking you because they’re new.. doesn’t mean they won’t become a heavy hitter or what ever. Think of it as investing. Lmfao

I absolutely love the country but the most saddening downfall is I find that I can’t go to any of these events held by my heroes. What would you recommend? Go it alone or have a partner or partners?
