Yah.. It's too dark to see, but the stop signs are there. You can still see the stop sign if you watch closely.
Wow, good thing you weren't caught up in one of those crashes! I heard somewhere that it's illegal in Ontario not to have winter tires. Is that true?
Winter tires are not required in Ontario. Based on what I see on the road, I guess that only %20-%30 of cars have winter tires on around my area. But I could be way off.
