Such a cute and fun place to visit. Best part is all the cool food places you can go. Finding the statues was like a treasure hunt for sure. Thanks for watching Frank.
So many interesting statues you guys found. Seems like it was an enjoyable walk around the downtown. The tower looks majestic up close! The sunset view also gives the cool vibe 👍🏻
I really got lucky with the sunset. I was trying to make it there before it got too dark. It wasn't until I was editing that I noticed how pretty that sunset was. It was good to get out since it isn't in the negatives any more over here.
Guys! We've been wanting to hang out there for a while. There are some very good restaurants around. And the views from the drone are amazing. Oohh, we spotted Seoul Taco! Nice. The popcorn trick is brilliant! Hahaha
We have never Seoul Taco, we'll have to try it out. We have passed that shop up so many times and saying man that popcorn smells good. I thought it was because the door was open. Didn't realize they were pumping out the smell. Genius for sure.
Naperville looks really nice! I love cities that have riverwalks. It’s always a good feeling being near water haha. I love the train caboose dining carts! That is definitely so cool. I didn’t know that they had so many statues around the city. It was so cute when Rosalie was talking to the frog statue 😂 great video guys!! -Lauren
I have seen the statues before. But I really wanted to slow down and learn about each one. That's the good thing about filming, it slows me down to appreciate what each item is. This place is popping during the summer for sure. I think Rosalie thinks all families goes around looking for statues. Thanks for joining us.
Parking is pretty tough here because everyone loves just relaxing here when it gets warmer. Wasn't as busy since it was still a little cold out. But we need to get our exercise.
Now THAT is a great way to get the customers in!!! Let them smell it all when they walk past!! Ahhhhhh I loveeee the cat in the hat!!! The river walk looks lovely! The wall of all those faces is a beautiful memorial! Nice drone shots of the tower! Diggin the new end screen, really cool!
We have gone past that popcorn place so many times. Always figured it was the door open. But didn't realize they had a tube going outside 😂 Rosalie is totally into books and Dr. Seuss right now. She was so excited to go when I told her. Thanks for noticing the end screen. Just trying to make little tweaks along the way each time.
Thanks. Means a lot from the Sunset expert like you 😀 This was a fun trip. The sunset shot was not planned at all. I was just trying to get a drone shot before it got too dark. And I didn't realize I got a sunset shot until after I was editing the footage. Unexpected surprise.
That Dick Tracy statue was very cool. We remember that cartoon and movie! Rosalie was so excited to take a picture with the Dr. Seuss statue. Too adorable! It was crazy to see the 9-11 tribute and peace of structure from the WTC. It really makes you think back to that time when it all happened. Great video and love you guys to the mother effin' moon! 💖🥰😘
I was working at the Movie Theater when the movie came out, the one with Madonna. I figured we would go see the Dr. Seuss statue right away, just in case it gets taken down. I was surprised that this little town got parts of that tragic history of 9-11. Makes the art work so much more powerful. Glad you guys liked our little tour.
That frog was super unique for sure. It is a nice a peaceful town we like to visit!!! Really a hidden gem for sure. So glad they developed this riverwalk. Place is packed during the summer.
That sunset shot was not planned, I was just happy to get that drone shot before the light went away. Not until editing did I discover what a nice shot it looked.
Holy Smokes! What great drone shots. I'm such a fan of roadside attractions, so I did know about the statues, but I didn't realize how nice the town is. Thanks for showing us around Santos Family!
Thank you so much. I thought it would get too dark by the time we reached the tower. While editing I was surprised I got that sunset. Pleasant surprise. I think the first video I saw of you guys was Carhenge.
Yes to Lou Malnati's! Love how engaged Rosalie is. This river walk has to be even more amazing during Spring or Summer. Great area to live. Yeahh, we were wondering about that tower. That's quite a workout. Yes, this tour was great guys. Now we really have to make it there. :-)
Great thing about little Rosalie is that she gets easily excited like her dad. Spring and Summer is good. We usually go here during the summer but it is so brutal with the heat. This was a very comfortable walk. I did further research and they almost had to tear it down. It was suppose to last 100 years but they found structural damage. The choice was to fix for 3 million or demolish for $600,000. They ended up deciding to fix for 1.5 million. So I'm not sure I want to visit the observation deck after reading that.
I always wondered why it smelled like popcorn when we passed that shop. Figured it was because the door was open. Didn't realize there was a Smell-O-Hose coming out of it.
Loved the opening drone shot. You are such a great pilot. Also great to walk along a canal through a city. I never tire of that feeling. Pretty amazing timing finding a Dr Seuss character!!! Always lovely to see the Santos crew x
I love flying that drone and I think later this summer after I finish my legal CLE due in June, I'm planning on getting my drone license. Just because I can. And it seems to to be going that direction with all the law changes. In 2020, we barely got any exercise and are trying to get out more to get our blood going. I actually thought about making Dr. Seuss a focal point of this video and be part of the thumbnail and thought better of it. Just didn't want our channel to go that route. Rosalie was so excited to see that statue. Is your work finally slowing down?
No slow down yet. This is our busy time. Till end of April I am full throttle. Also have a couple of outstanding legal issues that are buzzing around as well. One will DEFINITELY be a video series. All going our way - just takes time. You know how attorneys can be 😂
That was a nice little tour around Naperville. I never knew those things were there. Roadside attractions has been our go to for odd attractions for a long time. Thanks for sharing
Rosalie is finding her voice for sure. If we didn't just buy popcorn in the city after getting lost, we would have gotten some more. BD's Mongolian is my favorite for sure.
Stil out there with the family I see ! Great to see ! Hopefully things get back to normal soon !! Feels close and positive as the sun starts to shine. Take care pal
Yea, we are still out and about discovering the U.S. one city at a time. I know what you mean. My wife is getting the 2nd vaccine shot Tuesday. Hopefully when we are all vaccinated, we are hoping to do some international travels. Thanks for stopping by.
During the summer this place is happening and lots of photos taking place. We go here all the time. But this time, we spent the time looking for all the cool statutes. Glad I finally figured out what that Tower was. One thing goo about TH-cam, is that I'm learning as the viewer is learning.
@@SantosChronicles yes!! Same when I did the MO penitentiary video and the Lemp Mansion, and places like that! Educating ourselves so we can educate others, and I love that!! I can totally see why that area would be packed on a nice summer day!!
@@ShowMeAnAdventure Lemp Mansion was such cool and creepy place. During the summer we’ll be back in that area seeing family. We’ll have to collab and see that World’s Largest Chess Piece 🤣. Funny part is they reached on IG and invited us.
I was tempted to feature it on the thumbnail and the title to jump into the conversation. Then I thought better of it. Unfortunately, I think that Cat in the Hat statue will not be there very long. My wife's school already stopped celebrating his birthday due to the controversy. Glad you liked our little tour.
Hey Santos Fam! So cool that you went to the Naperville Riverwalk in Illinois! We would love that spot right on the river. Seems like the Midwest has a lot of towns and cities like that on the water.
That popcorn window was awesome! I still have to download that app. Love that statue! We are in hardcore Dr. Seuss mode over here. Rosalie is such a doll! I used to work with the daughter of the owner of BDs! They sold it before I got the perks lol Touching memorial! Awesome vlog Carl! Looks like such a nice area!
That's really cool you knew the daughter of the owner's of BD's. Rosalie is full blown Dr. Seuss mode here also, so I wanted to check out the statue, just in case it ends up disappearing in the future. As for Roadside America, definitely download the app. 1 of 4 regions are free. I paid for the other 3 and totally worth it. The location feature is the best part. Very simple and cool to use. However the free website, looks like it is from the 90's.
Having a lot of places is key. Only problem is that I can't get away from the Pull of BD's Mongolian BBQ 😂 This is easily one of our favorite place to stroll around as a family.
Glad we were able to take you guys. It was really a fun time, too bad it was cut a little short. We'll have to do it again when everything is back to normal.
You guys find so many fun little places through that app! Rosalie's "bacon" comment was too cute! Oh man, walking right by the edge of the water...I can just imagine how nervous I'd be with the boys...because they'd probably try to jump in....
We just try to enjoy and find new things where ever we go. We are so excited to take a roadtrip to see my sisteer in Alabama. It's going to be so hard not to stop everywhere. I didn't want to go viral falling over with the stroller for sure.
Are you from IL also? Just figured Wisconsin from Ice Castle video. The River Walk is so perfect during the summer but also so packed!!!!!! Such a cute town for sure.
I read some more about it and it looks like it has structural damage and they will repair for 1.5 million. It was close to being demolished at one point.
After graduating, my friend convinced me to bee his roommate because it was right next to a BD's Mongolian. We were there every week for a year. I didn't video it, but after we were done filming we ate there also 😂
LOL!! That was very tricky to put the exhaust pipe of the popcorn maker out into the sidewalk area. Brilliant marketing!! They should do this at all candy/popcorn stores!!
We have pasted that store hundreds of time but this was the first time we noticed it. During the summer I can smell it because the door is open. Didn't realize that there was a popcorn tube. So smart for sure.
I suppose I cannot answer the question about the best pizza restaurant, but love the frog statue and even better The Cat in The Hat Statue. Melbourne used to have a great Mongolian Barbecue restaurant, after having been to it several times in the 80's, it closed down. I loved it! A great river walk and love the Dick Tracy statue. Neat memorial to 911. The tower looks awesome Carl. Another fun adventure. Thank you for taking us along. Have a great day.
We have seen so many of this before but having the Roadside America App really slowed us down and able to appreciate the history of each statue. Fun to learn with the viewer for sure.
I’m not just saying for the sake of saying it, but I would love to visit U.S! New York to start with, but even Illinois is not bad at all! Go with the Mongolian grill! :) Cool statues! I love cities with rivers and the weird thing is that I always live in a city that has a river passing through! Cute ducks! Loved the 11/09 memorial! The tower at the sunset looked so impressive! Thanks for the tour guys! Big hug!
There are so many great places here in the U.S. New York is a must. I want to go there to watch the 4th of July Hot Dog Eating Contest. Our family watches it on TV every year. Seeing someone eat 70 Hotdogs in 10 min is crazy!!!! Just let us know if you ever make it to the U.S. Naperville is such a cute town and a go to place for us to go when we want to just get out and walk. Plus the restaurants are so good. I got lucky with the Sunset because that wasn't planned, just the perfect time. Thanks for watching Mihaela!!! Great to see you back on TH-cam also.
Pumping out that popcorn 🍿 smell reminds me of walking down Main Street and cotton Candy smell being pumped out, yum 😋! “Bacon” 😂 Riverwalk is a gorgeous walk! That is a great memorial!
Never heard of Naperville before but looks like a great place to visit. Gotta check out roadside America. A girl after my own heart, bacon! Love the Cat in the Hat statue. That tower was pretty impressive. Would love to hear those bells. 👍#52
If you are in the area, totally worth a stop for sure. We live by that Roadside America App. We are taking a 2 week road trip so we'll be making a bunch of random stops. Cannot go wrong with bacon fro sure. I didn't realize the bells played every hour or I would have waited to get that sound.
Rosalie is easily excited like her dad!!! When you guys visit - we'll try them all (At the same time!!!!!!!) Might have to bring stretchy pants though.
Another city I (Steve) have heard of, but never visited in the midwest. Glad the roadside America app came in handy, though they need to step up their game and get on Android for when we make it back to the US! ;)
I was surprised they don't have it on Android. I love the App because of the location feature and is very simple to use. However, their free website is more like a website I would create in the 90's. Using that App really slows us down to appreciate the little things.
When we wondered around here I always saw them but didn't know why. So I love doing these type of videos because it slows me down and I learn as I show the viewers also.
hahahahahahaha thats my daughter she loves bacon!! this made me laugh so much carl !! ohhhh love the statues!! cat on the hat was so cool! mb bbq looks so good awesome love a good bbq!! loving the mask Melissa!!! :) river walk looks so cool! man it look so cold though!! :)
I love Bacon so much, I even went to Baconfest in Chicago a few years ago. And we eat Bacon every Sat. I'm so glad I can keep you entertained. Rosalie just learned about Dr. Seuss and she was so excited to see this statue. It was kinda warm when we started but dropped like 10 degrees when we got to the tower. We were cold then for sure.
Wow, nice video! Looks like a neat place to take a walk. Some cool statues and interesting things to see. I like the idea of having faces portrayed on the 9/11 memorial instead of just names. 🌹🌷🌹🌼
During the summer this is one of our favorite places to go. But it was great that that it wasn't so busy since this was when the snow was starting to just melt. That 9/11 memorial was so touching for sure.
We have never had Deep Dish pizza in Chicago. Only have had it in Cali and Canada, which we are sure isn't the same. LOLOL!! But since we don't eat cheese or gluten anymore. We can live vicariously through you guys!! LOLOL
That popcorn smell I bet smelt delicious, reminds me of BBQ places that you can smell driving by down here haha. That downtown looks like it would be a fun spot to walk around and enjoy some good food, like a Friday night!
We are all literally led by our nose for sure. During the summer it is packed. So it was nice to have so much room to wonder around. After I turned off the camera, we ended up at BD's Mongolian BBQ 😂
BD's Mongolian got me because of all you can eat!!!! And they don't limit the amount of meat you put in like many other places. We were happy to just get out.
So much to see in Naperville. It is such a coincidence that you talk about a memorial for 9/11, today we commemorate 3/11 in Spain. Similar tragedy but in March after our government decided to support the US in the fight against terrorism after 9/11.
My sister use to live here in Naperville. She would get so mad at me when I visit BD's Mongolian BBQ and not her 😂. so sad about 9/11. Didn't hear about 3/11 in Spain. I'll have to look that up.
The downtown are was really nice and I really liked the river walk. I imagine it would be great during summer. About the tower, can you get to the top? It looked great from the drone, btw. 😀👍
The summer it is really buzzing in that area. This was one of the weekend it got to 50-60 degrees so we wanted to enjoy it. Yes, there is a observatory for that tower but wasn't sure it wasn't open. I did research and that there seems some structural damage on it that they were thinking of demolishing it. But they decided to fix it for 1.5 M. Drove views of towers are one of my favorite shots.
Agree.. the popcorn funnel thingy is GENIUS!! Did you guys go buy some?! Lol. I've never had deep dish pizza 😬... But Nate and Blake have! 9/11... so heartbreaking!! Fun tour guts! See you soon! -Ashley
We did not buy popcorn this time around. When we got lost in Chicago we bought a bunch of Garrett's popcorn. When you are in the Chicago area, we'll have to take you guys out for deep dish pizza. Amazing how they got those artifacts from the tragic event - so powerful for sure.
It was a fun walk until it got a little cold by the end. I think the temp dropped 10 degrees. The 9/11 memorial gets me all the time. Thanks for noticing the little tweaks we make.
The only deep dish pizza place I have personally been to in Chicago was Giordano's so I guess that has to be my favorite! But if you say Lou Malnati's is the best I will have to look that up next time I am in town. Downtown Naperville and the Riverwalk area look like my kind of areas to spend an afternoon in. A beautiful area to walk in with some nice shops and restaurants with some cool statues and a bell tower to see along the way. I am in! The 9/11 Memorial was a really nice touch too. Thanks for taking us along!
Giordano's is good but I think it is number on the Deep Dish scale. You'll have to try Gino's and Lou Malnati's for sure. If you guys are in the area, please let us know. Naperville is just packed during the summer since is beautiful and so much to do. I really love using the roadside America App to slow us down and learn what is around us.
"Here, smell this pipe. Isn't it cool?" That is the first-ever time I've seen a business use that as a tool to attract customers! You've stuck the song Crazy Frog in my head! Malnati's!! Yaaaaaasssssssss. Powerful 9-11 memorial. You were so close to Egg Harbor Cafe! Love that spot. I sent you the note on IG about Clara's, about 6 miles from where you were.
First time I have seen a popcorn smell tube before. Rosalie is all about the Crazy Frog - a youtube song that is on all the time. Not sure if that's the same as the one you are thinking. EEgg harbor is my favorite breakfast place ever. Their orange juice is next level. I told Melissa about Clara's and how we need to go there now.
You really should be sponsored by Roadside America! My boys loved Dr Suess books - Noah especially liked ‘Are You My Mother?’ Aww that makes me feel nostalgic!😭 Oh wow that’s a pretty amazing 9/11 memorial. Great tour, guys!
LOL. I need to get that Roadside America Sponsorship. Yesterday we ended up at the World's Largest Truck stop 😂. Rosalie is all Dr. Suess right now since they celebrated his birthday at her Daycare. In Melissa's school they stoppeed doing that. It was a great mix of silly and serious statues for sure. I have seen them all the time but had no clue about that them. That's why I like doing the videos. Learning alongside the viewers.
Ginos and Giordano's is what most poeple would think of Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Lou's is great because of the butter crust and only half as tall. Next time you are in Chicago you'll have to try Lou's.
@@SantosChronicles Thanks for the tip. Now I wish I would know you before traveling to Chicago. Who knows when I’ll get the opportunity to travel there again.
I have been a die hard Roadside America fan. Their website is very dated but their App is clean and very easy to use. I have heard great things about Atlas Obscura, I might have to download it since I'll be taking 2 road trips in 2 weeks later this month. Any suggestion of what a 13 year would like to do in Ohio? Doesn't matter where. Looking for suggestions.
@@SantosChronicles Columbus - COSI, Mansfield- Ohio Reformatory, Dayton - Air Force Museum, The Wilds in Southeastern Ohio. Cleveland - Christmas Story House and Castle Noel, Cedar Point and Kings Island. I could go on and on. Let me know what area you’re thinking of and I could give you more. I had a 13 year old step daughter at one time so I can give you a bunch of places.
Really incredible and chilling to see a memorial to 9/11 in Naperville, especially to see a piece of the World Trade Center make its way out there. I still remember seeing the smoke billowing up where the twin towers once stood later on in the afternoon from Staten Island ... one of those things I'll never forget and glad to see they are trying to keep the memory going even in places where it didn't happen first hand.
I was about to ask if you were there. That had to be unreal. I was in law school when it happened and trying to get reception to see what was going on. We all felt for NY at that time. The people jumping was the thing I couldn't unsee.
Frog bar?? I want some steak and martinis That is your daughter indeed, she sounds like our daughter too hahaha Can you believe we haven't tried deep dish Chicago pizza...like never???? 😱😱😱
Now that is just criminal that you guys haven't tried Chicago Pizza. Some people love it and other don't but you have to to try it. When you guys visit Chicago, we'll have to take you to one. Rosalie is starting to find her voice for sure.
First time I've ever seen this city before. Nice riverwalk. 👍 Fun fact: Carl is a Mongolian BBQ addict. 😁 That's a nice memorial. 💪 How far is this place from you guys?
It's one of our favorite go to places. It's so beautiful during the spring and summer - but super busy. I'm such an addict about BD's Mongolian BBQ that I moved to Vernon Hills with my friend Jason (from Taiwandering with Jason). That's how he was able to convince to move over there after school ended. This place is about 35 minutes away from our house.
It so weird that it’s the fourth largest city in Illinois it’s like a suburb of Chicago I can already sense the food review video also Also have you been to Ginos East?
I like Gino's East also. When we got lost in Chicago 2 weeks ago, we took a break at Gino's East. We didn't film there because we were too busy eating it. What is your favorite Pizza?
I wish I had tried enough deep dish pizza in my life to be able to say one. I think I only had it a couple times in Seoul, and they weren't memorable... I need the real thing
Gotta go to Chicago and try all the different types. Not every one is the same. But they are so thick that after 1 you are so full. And don't go there hungry because it takes 45 min to 1 hour to cook.
Hugo’s frog bar has the best martinis around ! Ice cold filled to the top!
Thanks for the Tip, will have to try it when we go back.

Great Naperville tour 👍🍻😀
Such a cute little town.
So many great memories of DR Seuss books from my childhood. What a cool destination .
I agree. My daughter is all about Dr. Seuss right now. Hopefully later generations can enjoy them also.
This was a great and fun video! Thanks for posting this! It really made my morning and got my mood off to a great start!

Our go to place just for that. During the summer, I think everyone has the same idea.
Popcorn smell coming out of the pipe from the shop, that’s indeed genius!!
Aww Roselie loves her bacon 🥓 so cute 😍
The mongolian food looks yum!

@@SantosChronicles yes!!! That’s so awesome! Let me know!! 💕🙌🏻
I really like this area. Good travelog
One of our go to places for our family to take a walk and grab some good food
Genius idea of that shop to pump out the aroma of the popcorn. Love some good caramel popcorn! 🤤🤤
A+ for whoever thought of that. Love the smell of popcorn.
😮i like the cat in the hat 😃the food looks good 😮wow awesome video thanks for sharing i really enjoyed watching👍💜
Our little one is all about books and Dr. Seuss right now. Glad we got to see it.
Looks like an awesome adventure!
It was great to get out after our deep freeze for sure. Thanks for watching guys.
This was a great video. Dr. Seuss is getting a lot of attention right now, so this fits in perfectly with that!
Naperville is a very cute town and a fav for most families during the summer. Such a beautiful area and great midwest type feel.
Nice tour ! I like the first funny statue.
Thanks so much. It was fun looking at all the statues for sure.
oo i notive the lovely day and that frog cute
It was so good to get out after being couped in all winter long.
However the free website, looks like it is from the 90's.
awesome place, very nice to stroll, beautiful river view, i especially like that there are lots of places to eat haha!
Having a lot of places is key. Only problem is that I can't get away from the Pull of BD's Mongolian BBQ 😂 This is easily one of our favorite place to stroll around as a family.
Daamn! That trick for the popcorn...smart! We'd be there in 0.1! 🤤
We have passed it so many times and can't believe we just saw that trick!!!
Yay!!! Lou Malnatis!!! Thanks again for taking us there in Schaumburg and now there’s 1 in Naperville!!
Glad we were able to take you guys. It was really a fun time, too bad it was cut a little short. We'll have to do it again when everything is back to normal.
@@SantosChronicles Hey I still really want to visit the American Museum of Magic in Marshall MI with you!! Let’s plan it.
Hi found you on flack fam! I love seeing different things and places! Thank you for sharing
Flack Fam is one of our favorite families out there for sure. Thanks for stopping by. A friend of the Flack Fam is a friend of ours.
I love the river walk! My favorite spot in Naperville
Are you from IL also? Just figured Wisconsin from Ice Castle video. The River Walk is so perfect during the summer but also so packed!!!!!! Such a cute town for sure.
The tower was cool to see up close! I wish we could go inside.
I read some more about it and it looks like it has structural damage and they will repair for 1.5 million. It was close to being demolished at one point.
Lou mal! Yes great pizza! Love that place! I love Pequods too!
Lou's is easily my favorite. I told Pogiboy if they visit - we'll have to try out all 3. Oh wait 4 since I have never been to Pequuods.
Lots to see in Naperville! I remember us being there in the 80s, but I don’t think we ever really explored - guess we’ll have to go back.
I bet it has changed a lot. but that town is so nice and always makes feel good when I visit.
I remember you mentioning Mongolian bbq restaurant in one of your older videos!! It looks delicious 🤤 I’m definitely going to try it when I see one!
It was fun living there! Always something to do!
Still remember when you would catch me visiting BD's through social media and I didn't stop by 😂
@@SantosChronicles yes! I always caught you!! 💀😒
@@eiffellynyap3661 Darn social media 🤣🤣🤣
@@SantosChronicles sounds like an awesome app to have whilst travelling Carl 🧳👍🏽 have a great day.
I’m not just saying for the sake of saying it, but I would love to visit U.S! New York to start with, but even Illinois is not bad at all!
Go with the Mongolian grill! :)
Cool statues!
We love walking around this area, especially since the snow just started to melt here. As sophisticated as humans are, wee are still led by our nose 😂
@@SantosChronicles So true!
I love the dr Seuss statue 😍Jenn
We were a little worried that it might not be there the next time we visit and Rosalie is all in on Dr. Seuss right now.
I have a couple of friends who live their in Naperville! Such a nice and safe area ♥
I know. My sister lived there and the town is so pretty!!!
Rosalie loves them statues 😋 you gotta show us some good Chicago deep dishes when we come! That Mongolian BBQ looks really good!
Rosalie is easily excited like her dad!!! When you guys visit - we'll try them all (At the same time!!!!!!!) Might have to bring stretchy pants though.
Such a nice walk except when it got super cold at the end!
That temperature dropped like 10 degrees that last hour we were there.
Nver been to this area. Looks like it is quite unique. LIKE #30. 👍👍👍
A great place to take the family and take a walk. We spent a lot of time during the summer during our family Pokemon phase 😂
look like very cool place to vist
Especially during the summer. But it was great to have the trail all to ourselves since it was still a little cold.
I’ll have to go someday when it’s warm
Never had it so peaceful before. Usually it is packed and people taking professional photos in that area. The paddle boat area is really nice also.
Loved Rosalie’s reaction to the bacon! Very cool statues all around the city and touching to see the 9/11 memorial. They did a wonderful job with it
When we wondered around here I always saw them but didn't know why.
Very Good
Glad you liked it.
I did not know the creator of Dick Tracy was from Naperville. Good to know
It was the Illustrator of Dick Tracy!!! Never knew it either
@@SantosChronicles Ahhh! I missed that; thought it was creator
LOLOL
Yea, deep dish pizza is almost all cheese so that won't work for you guys. Just trust me, so good. My favorite part is the butter crust. Mmmmmmmm.
What a cute little town! I love mangolian grills too! The way you can customize the food is a big draw for me 😍
BD's Mongolian got me because of all you can eat!!!!
@@SantosChronicles and now you go when she doesn't live there anymore hahaha
The downtown are was really nice and I really liked the river walk. I imagine it would be great during summer.
About the tower, can you get to the top? It looked great from the drone, btw.
😀👍
The summer it is really buzzing in that area. This was one of the weekend it got to 50-60 degrees so we wanted to enjoy it. Yes, there is a observatory for that tower but wasn't sure it wasn't open. I did research and that there seems some structural damage on it that they were thinking of demolishing it. But they decided to fix it for 1.5 M. Drove views of towers are one of my favorite shots.
Haven’t tried a ton of them, but really enjoyed Lou Malnati’s for deep dish style. Especially with sausage 👍
When you got the sausage, did you get the crumbled (regular) or patty (a sausage patty the size of the pizza)? I preferred crumbled.
@@SantosChronicles Crumbled from what I remember. I like that style too
I was shocked from that popcorn smell!!
Now I want more popcorn.
Moser tower is some kinda mix of lord of the rings and sci-fi thingy!
LOL. You are right - totally Lord of the rings. The ring that rules them all.
Agree.. the popcorn funnel thingy is GENIUS!!
Looks like a nice spot to spend the day. Really like the 9/11 Memorial and cool Tower! The new end screen looks clean! Thanks for sharing 👍
@@SantosChronicles GO! Not sure there's anything on that menu that isn't world class.
Any town with a Cat In The Hat statue can't help but rate as 'very interesting!'
We tried to see this one as fast as we can because I think they will an endangered species in the future.
I’ve only tried Giordano’s deep dish pizza, so I can’t compare. It was good, very filling and unlike any other pizza. 😀
That carillon is awesome! Love the 9-11 memorial as well. Roadside America is a great site! Have you checked out the Atlas Obscura site?
Wait... Otherworld in Columbus should be at top of list.
That Bd’s Mongolian footage from Michigan looks oddly familiar.
How many times do you think you have gone to Mongolian with me. Could be 50?
Frog bar?? I want some steak and martinis
That is your daughter indeed, she sounds like our daughter too hahaha
Can you believe we haven't tried deep dish Chicago pizza...like never???? 😱😱😱
Now that is just criminal that you guys haven't tried Chicago Pizza. Some people love it and other don't but you have to to try it. When you guys visit Chicago, we'll have to take you to one. Rosalie is starting to find her voice for sure.
@@SantosChronicles we will def go with you! Rosalie + Bacon = ❤️❤️❤️
This place is about 35 minutes away from our house.
your daughter .. cuteeee
Thanks. She is a scene stealer for sure.
Ok, ok... New York pizza > Chicago pizza😉
Yes... fighting words lol.
I'll pretend I didn't see this comment 😂 Have you tried Detroit Style Pizza. It's in the running.
It so weird that it’s the fourth largest city in Illinois it’s like a suburb of Chicago
I can already sense the food review video also
Also have you been to Ginos East?
I like Gino's East also. When we got lost in Chicago 2 weeks ago, we took a break at Gino's East. We didn't film there because we were too busy eating it. What is your favorite Pizza?
Nice One - we need Elon Musk to come over here and build one of his electric Cities like did in Texas. Thanks for watching.
👍👍👍
Thanks for watching.
