Greece would have been a better option to visit in terms of covid rates. Portugal infection rates are much higher than Greece. There's been articles released today stating that Portugal may have to go back on the unsafe/quarantine list after having a massive rise in just a week!
Everyone flocking to the same destinations are contributing to the rises.

Waterloo Road is life. I've wanted to comment every time you mention it but always forget. I watched it when it was on TV when I was in year 10 (so many years ago I'm now 29!) and only 1 other person I spoke to at the time in school knew what it was. Back then is was amazing, special and so relaxing it was literally the highlight of our week. Our being my mum and dad too! They also got right into it so its such a nice memory for me. I'm going to watch it soon and introduce my fiance to it and I can't wait as he's never known of it either. The first 3 series are my absolute fave. After that it went down hill but for sure when it went to Scotland I stopped watching it shortly after as it lost its vibe. I never ever thought I'd stop watching it 😔 anyway 😅 I had to share my love for it as I feel like the biggest fan ever 😂 when we went to Scotland when they were filming, we visited just to go and met Tom Clarkson ❤️❤️❤️ 😍 he was lovely.
I hope you do end up vlogging in Portugal as that would be nice to see. I hopefully go to Spain next Sunday and I cannot wait having only been abroad once in 13 years and that once I was ill the full 4 days. I want to film it and hopefully upload our trip to youtube 😁
