Think I saw this video Saturday 09/11/21 and the next day had noticed that a local Mexican place had reopened after being closed for the summer. Was looking at the online menu and saw that they have these tacos. That was yesterday. Today after running errands I had to go in for a late lunch. Very good. They only had the 1 tortilla but lots of cheese and meat. The consume was a bit bland so added some salt and the little cup of salsa that was served with it as well. I could only eat 2 so brought the 3rd one home only for my daughter to eat it. She even drank the container of the consume. She really liked it.
My son got some of these authentic in Houston.... no wonder it was so hot, those peppers. The messier your mouth the better the food lol. I shared your video with him.

I would pay quang to make me food instead of going to fast food places or restaurants this guy is golden. Even on a dinner date i would invite my girl to quang's place and don't worry quang i'll buy the decertations. But she has to be number 1 to go into your place and have a good pig out.
Its good, i dont see any way of it being messed up. However garnishes like onion and cilantro go on after you get it off the comal and you make sure the birria is still hot. Also the cheese, made me wince a little because of the amount of cheese that was put and how it didnt go in neatly. Just glad you put the same broth onto the tortillas and did double tortilla instead of single.
A spicyheat scale from 1 to 10 would be greAt for us out here. To me, it looks like a 10 with peppers and seeds but spicy heat could have been cooked out of it. Looks yummy. Great chef.

No he doesn’t. He did not use ginger powder or paprika. Is a variation of spices. The right combo of spices will take the marinate to another level.

I measure it by how red (and oily) it looks and that's a solid 8-9 for sure. My tolerance is only 4-5 so I'd probably die when I try this...
Chipotles in adobo (can) made this spicy. Use less and remove the seeds.
