The best example of neo-noir is Body Heat, which director Lawrence Kasdan stated was inspired by Double Indemnity. In addition, most neo-noir do include femme fatale characters.

I feel like “...unless you’re a fascist” should be tacked on to the end of sentences more often. The more mundane, the better.
“Have a nice day...unless you’re a fascist.”
“Keep the change... unless you’re a fascist.”
“Mind the gap... unless you’re a fascist.”

That's a great upload, Alex. Thank you! I've discovered later on that MANY (near all) films that I've enjoyed over the years serendipitously , perhaps, surreptitiously, fall into the neo-noir column. Lebowski, Chinatown, Inherent Vice, even early Bond stuff. Gimme a holler! (unless you're a fascist!) LOL
