You probably know this already but as a former glass guy.dont spray sparks on your glass in your other car. Oh I'm about to chop my 31 ford sedan also..Love the channel.
Yeah, I got nailed with a shattered disc last year...almost cut my throat. I put a regulator on it to keep the RPM down and haven't had a problem since! They can be dangerous though!

4 1/2" electric angle grinder would work great for that project.
