Was working retail doing recovery, where you just kind of fix the aisles to look good when my coworker at the time, a cool as hell older lady, started laughing hysterically from the front register. The sound of the front entrance slamming open made me curious and I found her at the register doubled over. I asked her what happened that was so funny. She said that "The dude who just left put his junk on the counter and it was so pathetic I laughed at it; I think he got embarrassed and ran off." Now obviously I was mortified and we called the police, who actually were on the way as apparently he'd gone into the blockbuster next door to try again and the lady there electronically locked the door to the store and beat him with a gumball machine until the police showed up. Good times.
