Thank you for this! I am just learning about candle making. I bought 3 Christmas 🎄 molds like what you have and I could not figure out how to get the wick in. 😊
I found that wick threader, but am I able to thread the already cut wicks into the eye. Do I need to just buy the roll of wick like yours? The only ones I have are the pre cut wicks that have the metal discs attached. Thanks for your response!
@@primitivedaisy I haven't tried it on those wicks. I bought the wicks at a Candle Supply store in Toronto, Canada. They have a sizing guide for wick sizing to the candle size. You could try to use it, let me know if it works.
I love your video and am learning so much! Thank you!
Oh thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed it. I really love making candles.
When pouring fill the back row and work your way towards yourself, less chance of accidents and more organised.
good tip

I really learn by seeing it done first! Glad this helped you :)

@@TheFloralBeeGarden I was able to get the wicks through after trimming them just a bit. They turned out nice for my first time. Thank you!
@ yay!!! So glad it worked for you.
