Did this adventure a few years ago and give it 50 stars!! It took my breath away. The staff at Oxalis are 1st rate professionals, lovely people, and the chefs in the cave fed us lovingly after those challenging hikes. 😀
Hi Jennifer, which difficulty would you rate the hikes? How long do they last per day? I have done some via ferrata level A-B 4-5 hours, is it comparable?
Son Doong is the most natural breathtaking cave in the world that I've never seen before . its beauty just makes me want to pay a visit to there at once .
Yes, you do. You come from respectable people who see defeat only as a reason to fight to be free. No one has ever defeated the Vietnamese for long without destroying themselves. China, 3 dynasties collapsed because of Vietnam. Siam, France. The USSR and Maoist China tried and failed, and the the USSR collapsed and now China is in deep trouble. Stay strong and walk in beauty
@@email3575 Damn! Imagine finding this, loosing it & being like “I swear I’m not lying guys…” for 18 years! That victory would taste pretty sweet after nearly 20 years of looking like a 💩 head.
There’s a river in the cave. Apparently, the cave itself has such height that the river water evaporates and condenses to form clouds inside the cave itself.
oh my godness. Watching this gives me goosebumps, It's breathtaking, I can't imagine how beautiful if I see it in person .Here I make a promise to myself, I will see this cave before 40. pls wait for me Son Doong
Son Doong cave-Vietnam's largest cave on planet earth! It's large enough to house an entire New York City block, complete with 40 story skyscrapers. It's said, less people have seen the inside of Son Doong Cave in Vietnam than have stood on the summit of Mount Everest. Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park in Quang Binh province in Vietnam, has so many butterflies and caves that people have dubbed Vietnam, the land of butterflies or the land of caves.
Wow! An incredible article and video and place to read about, watch and think and imagine about. A one of a kind experience in the world. Truly breathtaking.
@Alpha Protagonist i didnt say white privilege plus that sound like a drink u get at a bar i say that becuz when i was growin up thats how i saw white people in my eyes even doe i know itz not true.
Looks amazing!! could you let me know what climbing difficulty the cave has? and how long are the hikes per day? I read that the track last 4 days and 3 nights. Thank you for sharing.
How hard is it to climb the Great Wall of Vietnam? Im trying to figure out if my gf would be able to do this with me, (young/skinny, average athletic ability)

I cant understand how nobody has discovered it till fcking 2009? I mean, all those thousands of years? Is it really so remote and detouched from human settlements? It blows my mind!
