I absolutely love fly fishing and I freaking love top quality gear, but the prices for these products are rediculous!!! 172$ for a DIY hip pack, 1000$ for waders?? wtf!!! 😂

Agreed, Made in USA isn't a justification for the price. $250 dollars for a vise base? $675 dollars for a vise to hold a hook, and so on. And i love how they market fly rods like golf clubs. Every year a new one comes out promising to help you cast farther and be more accurate lol. If you cant cast its you, not the rod.
The retail price for everything right now is outta sight. Wait for the sales. I bought a pair of the 1K Simms for 500 a few years ago. Still 500 is crazy however they have been great waders. With that being said, we all know freeze dried dogshit that weighs 7 pounds with Abel's logo on it will be marked up 500%😅

Isn't it wonderful how all this new stuff is so frickin expensive, give us a break !! No wonder more and more people are buying no name brand gear from China that costs peanuts in comparison
