There must be a way to eliminate procrastination, but I reckon we haven't found it yet. But I think hamza is pretty close though, where he uses routine to stop procrastinatnig
@@MH-bf4uu he's not new with it either, many TH-camrs talked about that before, niklas christl's perfect daily routine as an example, i think humans are just built to procrastinate, and the reason for which we do so differs from person to another, and as the scene/scenario/circumstances/task differs... we gotta identify the reason for which we procrastinate, journaling is a good way to do it, check out leon hendrix's video about journaling where he talked about positive worrying...
How ironic. I like seeing that Ali is human after all, but would be interesting to see how he got himself out of the slump. Also please can we get more videos on Ali's writing process :)

I write best with a hard deadline. I also have to see what I need to write... Up on the wall. Whiteboards and color dry-erase markers. And when I'm stuck, the timer and writing sprints help tremendously. Also, getting out into an environment that promotes nothing more than me writing. Cafés and such. Scriviner is the one thing I haven't been able to get a grip on. I use Google Docs and Word.

Ali's literally struggles with procrastination. In the meanwhile I capture myself getting out of slump. I literally feel like I could make myself seat and write my book in one seat. I can't explain that. Thank u dude
It seems, you may have left medicine, but medicine has not left you. I feel you may consider being in touch with the medicine field in one way or the other. Like you may star teaching medicine. Just a suggestion! Ofcourse, that is real work after all.

I’m procrastinating while watching Ali procrastinating on his book about procrastination.
Every time Ali says, “Waste man” I think, of Garbage man. Although, I wouldn’t doubt that Waste man is like Garbage man, in British English.

Scrivener is mad complex, definitely one of those tools that take a while for everything to click
As an avid reader I love a coherent and well thought out structure. It adds a layer of dimension to the story.
