Great video. I do like the idea of having things ready to use. I know what you mean by being in a slump. I hope it goes away soon for you. Hugs from Florida
Thank you for this!! I've started using this system- great time saver and organization plan!! Something I do for those top open pockets - put a piece of mint tape (fold over a bit to create a handle) over the top from front to back. If the piece sticks out of the top, I put the tape "flap" next to the piece to make the top opening smaller. (I hope this makes sense!!)
Thank you for this idea! I am fairly new to card making and love organizing but have a very small craft room. This appeals to my OCD ways…lol. I have a small assortment of cut outs right now but as it builds, this will work beautifully. Great idea
Boy- you made sentiments look so fun!!!!! Can I come over and die cut some with you? LOL. Even if you don't use a binder, there were some great tips in this video. Here' s to new and exciting MOJO in 2025!!!!!
I learned about using binders for sentiments from you a while back, and it’s been helpful for sure. This video gives me ‘permission’ to pull the whole thing apart and reorganize it better! It’s something I can do while my room is 🙄 being used to cut sheetrock this week!! I do struggle with die cuts vs stamped strips, which are currently in TE boxes. Would like to find a way to integrate the two better…. Glad you feel the slump slinking away, moving takes a TON of energy!🤗💗🧑🏼🎨
I use the same system but didn't know that I could separate the vertical sides for longer stamps. Thanks so much! I do put a very small tape piece over the openings of all the pockets since mine seem to tip out so easily and I store it laying down. I really appreciate these types of organizational videos as I learn something every single time.
I love this idea and saves you looking through all your sentiments from different companies. I like the idea of all the "likes" being in the same place. Being as I am cleaning, organizing and purging this may be a good time to make one of these binders. Thanks so much.
I now do this too. My extras were getting wrecked and wasted and now I store them and get more use from them. I love batching. It works well for my brain when I hyperfocus.
I started my binder a couple years ago after seeing how you do this. I just organized mine a little better a few days ago but need to go back and add in some of your ideas from this video. Such a genius idea to tape the sentiment and backer (or tiddles) together!
i love this and have incorporated it into my craft room. and it's time to fill it back up, so i just got the labels and that will be a fun "crafty" day!!
I use the same kind of system for my die cuts (I probably learned it from you 😀) I like the idea of using dividers. I use construction paper of different colors for each category that I put behind the die cuts (to make it easier for me to see them) but I may add tabs like you did. Thank you for sharing your binder with us!
I did get a binder. You inspired me. Now I just have to fill it. I'm starting to color critters while I watch tv at night. I still need to die cut more sentiments. Great tips. If only I was as organized as you.
This is such a great idea. I don't have a binder (yet) but I do try to cut extras whenever I do sentiments. I have an envelope system for my dies that allows me to put a small number of extras in the envelope. However, I love your idea of just taking a day and getting ahead on my dies cuts. I think I would feel so accomplished at the end of the day!
I love using a binder system! I’ve been doing this for my die cuts but I found they like to fall put sometimes. I have switched a lot of mine to the old scrapbook system with the “sticky” pages and so far it works great! Love all your die cuts!
I've been adding to my sentiment binder too and it makes my heart happy when I'm making a card to see all of those sentiments ready to go!! Love it!!!😊
Just love your ideas! You inspired me to do the same. I would suggest investing in some “Better Binders”… not sure if these are a Staples brand, but these are really great binders. They are a bit more expensive, but for something that you access as often as you do, they’re much more durable, they also have D rings which hold things better, and they have a one lever handle for opening the rings. I invested in them for our business purposes, and I also use them for personal stuff. They’re the best!
LOVE YOUR FOLDERS, I have followed your idea for the folder (I have 7 sentiment folders now and others for Xmas pictures etc) and found all the issues you have! like the items falling out at the top. I have taken press and seal and stuck it to the back of the top row of pockets, and flapped it forward to cover the openings. I need to find a better material for the fold over, but at the moment it is working. I use A5 folders as I used to take my folders to classes that I taught and haven't changed the system. The pockets with the flap, that I used to get, did not suit me. This is because I print a lot of my sentiments using Word documents, and the print would stick to the plastic, so I had to use small pockets to hold the sentiments and put those into the folders. Worked well, especially for the small items
Have you put together a binder of sentiments or do you pre-batch any items for your future self? I hope you find this helpful! Happy Crafting!
My sentiments are stored in a similar way but I never thought of dividers...great idea.
Thanks so much!
Great video. I do like the idea of having things ready to use. I know what you mean by being in a slump. I hope it goes away soon for you. Hugs from Florida
Thanks so much! I appreciate the encouragement.

Yes! That does make sense. Great tip. Thank you!

Love the idea of tabs! I also put a blank sheet of color copy paper behind each page so I could see things better. TFS!😊
Great idea! Thanks friend!

Hooray for helping your future self! This binder is so brilliant and I love your upgrades.
Thanks Lovie. I'm stoked about it for sure.

Amy, just love it!! I have been pre-batching and I keep them in a binder also!!
Yay! I'm so glad you do too!
I love the use of the word Boost! I may use that in my inventory software for
feel good/encouragement sentiments. Thanks for sharing.
So glad you like it! Thanks for watching
Thank you for sharing with us❤❤
Thanks for watching!
I've been adding to my sentiment binder too and it makes my heart happy when I'm making a card to see all of those sentiments ready to go!! Love it!!!😊
Yay! I feel the same way when I look at mine! It's like a little sigh of relief/contentment lol
I use old fashion photo album pages, the kind that have a clear sheet layer and adhesive backing, and stick my sentiments on it.
Very cool!! I Jennifer McGuire does that too right? Thanks for watching!
I have started a sentiment binder- but I like adding the tabs . Amazing video and great tips.
Thanks so much for the kind note and for watching!
Thanks for this video, Amy. Your notebook has always intrigued me.
Thanks my friend. I'm so glad you like it!
Thank you Amy. This is so helpful!

I have seen quite a few creators using your system! TFS
That's great! It sure works for me. Thanks for watching!
I have done this after watching you. Thanks for the inspiration. I do need to organize them better though.
You are most welcome. Thanks for watching!
I tend to use card bling or something like that for my lost tittles. ❤ Options! 😉
Good option for sure!

Wow 7! That's awesome. Thanks so much for watching and for the note!
Great idea. Thanks
Thanks so much!
Please organize a sentiment swap! I have a similar system but would love to trade some cut out sentiments with you😊
Interesting, I haven't really heard of this!
❤
Thanks
