Whenever I'm traveling somewhere, I usually ask my Instagram followers for some recommendations. I ask my friends, I Google itineraries, I find things on TH-cam, and it's hard to keep everything organized in one spot and build itineraries. So this is where my notion template comes in. If you're not familiar with Notion, it's a free tool.
Well, I use the free version. It's totally okay for what we're doing with trip planning, and it's a note-taking organizational task management project management tool. It's really whatever you want it to be, because of how customizable.
And I built this notion template customized to how I plan my trips. I collect a bunch of recommendations across different avenues and drop them into a notion template, and then I build my itinerary. So in this video, I show you how it works.

This is interesting if you are a mega planner and organizer. I just use trip it for all reservations and it’s nice cause it automatically adds it.

How did you have multiple tables showing on only one board?
You have to type /linkedview then select main database and then use filters to make the extra databases be specific to that category and filter out what the other databases are focusing on.
Max, the 230pm at Sagrada is too late, they usually close the basement part at 2pm for the day, that's where they film one of the famous k-drama series, lol, that's a must-see part of Sagrada

It really depends but i try to book our flights 7+ months in advance for the best award availability!
We use southwest a lot for positioning flights!

Select the day in the DAY column and it'll organize by day in the table at the top
where would you add "contacts" such as tour guides their fees and such
You can customize the template to add that if you would like!
