Hello, I have a below 250g drone with camera(dji mini 4 pro) but no license whatsoever. I live in Amsterdam and was wondering if I can fly in the city or not
Ciao!
For your drone you do not need a license (but I suggest you to attend a course and do it, because if you know the rules you can fly safely)
You must control the maps on the official portal for UAS in The Netherlands, so you will know where you can fly and where you can not.
Thank you so much for watching my channel and for your support, too!
If i want to fly dji mini 3 pro (less than 250 gms) in Amsterdam do i need to register my drone in the portal?
Where are you from?
@@mauDrone india
OK so ..
If this is the first time you are going to fly in Europe, you have to register yourself in the first European Country where you are going to fly.
If it is The Netherlands, you have to register yourself there.
Please control to be OK with the insurance
And check if you need a license to fly (it depends on your drone)
Thank you for your support to my channel
😃
I hope it could be useful for you, and you can suggest it to your friends

Is there need to "check in" in Netherlands? I am Polish and I have license A1/A3 and operator number sticked on drone, do i need to do anything else?
Ciao!
In the Netherlands you don't need an authorization to fly.
Please control that your insurance is valid also if you are flying there.
Remember that you can't fly at night!
Enjoy your drone!
And please control share your videos and photos in my FB group

@@mauDrone Thanks
Going to amsterdam soon. My drone is less than 250g, i should be ok to my fly my drone? My flyer id is already attached on my drone. From uk
Ciao!
But have you gor an EASA OPERATOR ID or an UK?
@@mauDrone I have operator ID and flyer ID attached to my drone. I also have picture of license on my mobile. I am from UK. Will I have problem flying my drone in Amsterdam beach area? I have checked on the drone maps. There is no danger or low flying activities at the time I am there
@@abdullahsajid2554 ciao!
If the place is OK in the maps, you can fly!
Please remember you must respect the privacy and never overfly an assembly of people.
And in The Netherlands you can't fly at night
@@mauDroneCiao! thanks for your help! Much appreciated. I will take some good shots at the beach abiding by the flying rules as always.
