4 RED leds = CPU normally so check the cpu check the power supply change cpu and power supply reset the bios.. or re-flash the bios.. if the board still not works then most likely the chipset this is for system 1 !!!!
So.... the PSU is a known good one, I replaced the cmos battery = reset the bios, and proved the CPU is not even accessing the BIOS. So yeah I did much the same thing really 😉
