Great Video. Waiting on mine. Its in the Mail. I am so exited. I didn't know you can adjust the PWM pin . Hscope keeps getting better. Yesterday I just found out the audio alarm feature on the cursers. Used it to alarm when my O2 went full rich. I used a Bluetooth headset so I could hear it over the engine.
Nice one Denis. That's very impressive. Looks like a great tool for automotive work at a good price. No excuses not to get into oscilloscope use particularly with the Hscope app which is excellent as well. 👍😁
For a while Martin had the price around $995 as a place holder on the website. I 100% was fully ready and anxious to pay that to have my own HSXXX as I was one of the guys that didn't have the time to source material and build the hs402.
Thanks for the video, I bought this and now I rarely use my pico scope. Its very convenient since i have the Hscope app installed on my launch scan tool, i dont have to carry an extra laptop or a big scope.
Really would love to see a 4 channel version with appropriate sample rate. FYI, I do have a four channel Hantek which I use with the automotive module and it works ok but I would like to have a four channel HScope device. Keep doing the great work guys, really appreciate it.
these are Martin's oscilloscopes...all his design yes, 4 channel scope is discussed and some work has been done towards it very difficult and time consuming especially with the low noise standard he imposes upon himself one day, I think we'll see one
It would be great if you could ask Martin about adding wifi. It would be a no-brainer in that case. Without wifi, there isn't much of a benefit over other cheaper alternatives for me. Automotive work is not very picky about a little bit of noise in the oscilloscope anyway.
Hi. I like it but for me even a diy person needs a minimum of 4 channels these days. So i think if Hscope can develop a 4 channel it will sell! Keep up the awesome content

I am curious as to how the HS502 or HS512 would display a narrow pulse at 8 times per revolution. For example in the Video 'Don't be Fooled! Crankshaft sensor vs Oscilloscope" Mechanic Mindset TH-cam channel?
I've never scoped that type of crankshaft sensor but from Darren's video I can tell the pulses are 1ms apart and that HS502 is capable of measuring that the $4000 PICO would have more time on screen of course but bottom line is HScope + HS502 (HS512) could do it
I was thinking of making your dynamic balancing tool but using the HS502 instead. in theory I would need to power the accelerometer and photocell then run the signal wires to the probes?
easy and can perform well follow GADGETS#58 and substitute LOTO OSC482 with HS502 instead same analog ADXL335 accelerometer and same analog IR sensor...power them with 5v supply
Looks like just what I need. Without wifi, how does this connect to a phone or table? Bluetooth? What else would I need to record ignition-off current draw? I have a problem with intermittent drawdown, and unfortunately it only seems to happen every week or two. Will Hscope record up to a weeks worth of current values? Thanks.
4 channel has not met Martin's noise level criteria...on hold at this time many of us are hoping project will get picked up where left off and hopefully not in too distant future
I have a question , the 502 is not available . The 512 is however. It has a bigger input voltage but can it be used as good as the 502? Thank you , if so I will order one today. I am very satisfied with the hscope but use it on a 1008 so definatkey looking to update the scope .
