I canot beleived he's not a major player of the english team at the time so even if we do not want to lose him during the international games, please please please give him the warm welcome back he so deserves in your national team. i remember watching him play for england a few years ago before he went to france and he made something like 14 tackles in the first 25 mins. as an englishman i wish we would lift these shackles we put on our national team and play him.
Injury has kept him out of the England team. And now he plays in France he can’t play for England. 😢

Toulouse a joué à l'Irlandaise et Leinster a joué à la Française... Jamais je n'ai vu un match aussi équilibré entre la défense et 'l'attaque. Certainement le lieu du match qui veut ça.

Il aurait pu ètre international ANGLAIS! son principal projet était de se consacrer à son club de TOULOUSE! son insertion est complétement réussie! c 'est un exemple de régularité tant sur le plan sportif qu au niveau du respect de la discipline ! de l honnéteté!
c est aussi un joueur qui mouille le maillot pour son club! alors que de nombreux joueurs se mettent en évidence pour se vendre dans un autre club au bout de 2 annèes!!

The good and the 'not so bad',,thank you. I noticed his job of being a pivot many times,,he'll take it in too . Given his upright shoulder tackle needs stopping, but he is usually on the hips or making side tackles. how he covers the pitch too. The RFU in england have to be honest and ask questions of themselves. Congratulations Toulouse!

About a year ago when Willis signed for Toulouse that delighted me. But the games this boy produces are way beyond my expectations. Jack Willis is a demon on the field for his opponents.
The question is how is it possible that Steve Borthwick can do without such a player? English gentlemen?
Only players who play their club rugby in England are allowed to be picked for England as the rules are currently.
@@stuartannetts300 Thanks, those are your rules, there must definitely be a reason for that.
@@lardechristophe6 I think it's to stop more players moving to France for more money which will weaken our league. There may also be issues around access to players for England training. Don't quote me on any of that though. I do think we're missing some of the positives that it could bring, it hasn't done South Africa any harm having their players playing elsewhere has it?
@@stuartannetts300 This seems strange to me, I always thought that English clubs had large budgets, well more than ours.
@@lardechristophe6I wouldn't know if there's more money actually in French rugby. I think your salary cap is higher though (if you have one!) so there's more scope for the top players to earn more I guess. Three top flight clubs have gone bust in the last couple of years so I think there's issues financially here. Jack Willis played for Wasps, one of those clubs.

I think it is not acceptable for World Rugby to allow three Jack Willises on the pitch for such an important game. This is acceptable with the Barbarians though. I don't really mind because I am a ST fan but if I were a Leinster fan I would complian.

Willis has been poor at international level. Curry was a noticeable upgrade when he came back in and so was Underhill.

If the RFU allowed him to play the Premiership would decline even more than it has done. It’s worth the gain of Willis if the English teams start haemorrhaging players like they do money.
