Father & Son: Feeding 100 People

Here's a video of a weekend mission where Matt Watson & Shaw Watson had to catch enough fish for 100 people. The guys managed to do it with only catching half of their daily bag limit.

As an expat kiwi living in Brizzy, I do the odd charters out to the reefs on a 9hrs charters in Noosa and further north, and I'm amazed at such waste, when we get back on the jetty and so much waste is thrown back when they're cleaning their catch for the clients.
Aussies have a shit load to learn regarding utilising the whole fish.
I always take my catch whole, and hang around, saying I'll take that frame, and that one.....I feel like a Pelican waiting for the frames, haha! But! I take home more than 300 bucks worth of fish..the price of the charter.
Oh well, their lose is my gain, but awesome vid. Thoroughly enjoyed on what I'm missing.
