Hello my brother Jared. I was blessed to be a listener from the beginning. I'm a self employed cowboy trucker welder. I've heard 96% of your AMAZING gift of sharing the love of our Heavenly Father and how to interpret and feel his love through education. I've shared you countless times. Growing up in the Az mountains on the back of a horse, I DESPISED reading. You answering your call to teach has softened my heart and put the scriptures in my hand. I will always be greatful. ❤
Brother Halverson, what you say is a failure in not keeping this lesson shorter is a my blessing. I do pray though you are able to have quality time with your wife and children. Thank you again for all that you do in providing such amazing lessons. Love the one liners - truly you were inspired to provide them. God bless you!
Just a question I've always had, why didn't the angel care that Laman and Lemuel were beating Sam also. If believing is a good thing, and obviously Sam was siding with Nephi, because they were beating him too, so why did God only care about the beating of Nephi and not Sam too.
Dear Brother Halverson, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for these 4 years of scripture study. We are From The Netherlands, we have a handful of Saints here around the 9000 with maybe half inactive .we have learnt so much you have brought the scriptures alive, never have we studied so much and so long. Thank you and your family for the great sacrifice it has cost you but you have enriched and blessed the lives of millions of Saints. From the moment we watched your first video we have promoted you to all our fellow saints here and we were very happy to hear you will continue. Bless you Br Halverson.
I agree completely! I honestly feel like I have learned about the scriptures for the first time in these last 4 years, even though I’ve been a member, my entire life and diligently went to church and studied my scriptures. So amazing that you are able to reach people all over the world!🎉 Thank you so much, Brother Halverson!
Brother Halverson, Sister Probst and I enjoyed the privilege of serving with you in Nashville! We remember the wonderful contribution of your teaching in Tennessee! Our son led us to your podcast today, not realizing the host was you! You are a blessing to your students and listeners! With Affection, David and Melissa Probst
I often thank Heavenly Father and our Savior for you and all the others who take so much time to teach me and open my eyes to things I've never noticed in the scriptures. Your podcast has helped me to read them with a different approach and my understanding and testimony of them have grown so much! Thank you is such an insufficient word to give in return for all you and your behind-the-scenes helpers continue to do for my love and testimony of the scriptures!
One thing that stood out to me today was how unique the trials are that God gives us to help us grow. The whole family started out following in obedience, and sooner or later they all had something that really tested them. For Sariah it was the thought of losing her sons, for Nephi it was shedding blood. Following God's commandments is not always easy, but it is always worth it because helps us remember how much we need the Lord and His strength in our life. Thank you Brother Halverson for this lesson!
I’m so thrilled to study The Book of Mormon with your guidance Brother Halverson! I’m happy to listen and engage for whatever time you have to share. This is a blessing to me and I’m grateful for your teachings and insights. You have a gift 🎁 thank you for sharing with all of us.
Thank you for your comments at the end about marriage and how you study the Book of Mormon when you were getting ready to be married. This has been so helpful to me already and I only just watched this today. As a recent divorcee I have struggled at the thought of even thinking of remarrying. Even after President Nelson said he remarried because it says in the scriptures it states man and woman were not meant to be alone. This year this is how I need approach the Book of Mormon to help me continue to heal and to continue to obey ❤. Thank you so much. I know you are smiled on from heaven for all you do, Kristi
Yes! Brother Halverson please continue with the one liners. Those are the gems that can renew my forgetfulness.... when I'm in a my hurry state to assist others. Thank You
Brother Halvorson, I cannot begin to express to you how much I appreciate the experiences I have as you teach and share with all of us your experiences, knowledge, and testimony of the scriptures. These people come alive and I see them as much like myself, just in a different time. I have experienced a very difficult year that has challenged me in so many ways. As we study these scriptures I see that God knows me and is with me just as he was with these faithful people. Thank you, thank you for sacrificing your time to teach us. I am loving the scriptures!
I wanted to thank you for your preparation. The past 2 lessons sent several revelations to my mind in how to understand and better keep my covenants. Also, your lessons curiously relax and reduce my chronic pain late at night. I listen and relisten 4-5 times a week. Thank you for the enlightenment and pain relief almost every evening. I'm very appreciative.
5:34 I’ve always thought it was interesting that the lot fell upon Laman. He’s the eldest son and therefore has the birthright. In casting lots and leaving it to chance (of course nothing is by chance), it’s interesting that the Lord honors Laman’s birthright and gives him the first opportunity to step up to his blessing and priviledges.
Yes! I always felt that was a moment the Lord gave Laman the chance to rise to his birthright. And Nephi would have followed Laman if he'd been righteous.
I'm still working on the gift of opening my mouth and having it filled. So grateful for people like Bro. Halverson who have that gift developed. Now, after thinking for a week, I have an answer to anyone who has a problem with Nephi killing Laban. My thoughts are that one need look no further than 1 Samuel 15:33 "... Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the Lord in Gilgal."
Please know that if you go over an hour, the spirit is guiding you. You will be at the hour when it is right. No apologies needed! Thank you for teaching me how to deal with the death of Laban and that I can open my mouth and the words will come.
Thank you, Brother Halverson. for this beautiful beginning to our study of the BoM. I loved it!!! I pray to be as receptive to the teachings of the Spirit and eternal truths to be revealed as you have been throughout your life of scripture study. You're an amazing teacher!!!! Thank you for blessing us!!! I am one of the many who have a grateful heart for the blessing that you are!!!!!
I only listened to your New Testament series, but I find your Book of Mormon insights have so much more to offer. I don't mind 7 hrs videos at all and I understand you have family and other obligations. Thank you for your efforts you put in through Christmas and other holidays. They are truly blessing to me.
I appreciate the emphasis on Sariah, I understand her blaming Lehi, it is very common in marriage. I am so grateful for these videos, long or short, they are a treasure! Thank you!
we need to mention that Nephi took the time to make sure that his brothers were hidden and safe before he went back to Jerusalem. It showed Nephi's love for his brothers and his gentle nature.
Dude, you extrapolate things from these scripture stories that never would have occurred to my brain. I am so grateful for the enlightenment you provide.
Thank you for another week of a wonderful lesson. And yes, please continue doing the oneliner, and please not too short of a lesson. 3 hrs are perfect. Lol, see you next week.
The review of the "one-liners" was so moving. And then, "...a God who expects big things of us will provide ways for us to accomplish all that he has in mind. You can bank on that. He said so." My tears are still flowing...
Jared Halverson, please look at all Sariah has gone through from leaving a very comfortable life and likely with servants. She left her friends and family to follow Lehi from Jerusalem and it never says she grumbled. She has gone from high society to living in very poor conditions which is a tent in the wilderness.. The final straw was letting her sons return to Jerusalem for the plates. Then they did not return for maybe 2-3 months and during that time she had no way to contact them, only her husband's word that everything would be okay. That is a lot of stress for a mother to go through and not buckle in a breakdown. This version of thoughts of a mother who had children and now are grown.
Oh I can relate as a convert I went through much loss but gained so much in return. I think Brother Halverson did an excellent job in showing understanding and compassion in this regard. Sariah needed to gain her own testimony to be able to endure all that was a head of her and so must each of us.
I haven’t read the rest but… Sweet Sariah could listen, relinquish and follow ANYWHERE the Lord would lead her husband…. But true to a mother’s heart… she couldn’t relinquish the love and care of her ‘children’. Even the Lord loves that ❤️ as we help Him in this plan of Salvation to bring His children through when others might let go…. I know Lehi trusted completely in the Lord and that all would work out in His plan…. Still…. The Lord Loves the love of a Mother❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for continuing to help us learn, and feel the spirit. Please continue to take the time needed to give us all the behind the scenes insights that we would miss, at least until we get back to where you started 4 years ago. I don’t want to miss anything. And please thank your family for me, for their sacrifice of your time. It has helped me SO much!!!
I love the mosaic law you discussed in relation to Nephi’s justification in slaying Laban. I will share this with my family as further confirmation that this was God’s will. Thank you, Bro Hal!
I enjoy learning from Brother Halverson, but I more enjoy learning from the spirit as Brother Halverson teaches. Today I was shown by the spirit what scripture I should use and how I should use it as I visit a lady with my ministering companion this week. Thank you Brother Halverson for helping me invite the spirit into my home, my studies and my life.
What an incredible lesson! I loved how you drew a parallel between Nephi's challenging task and the immense task of our Savior, who willingly suffered for our sins, causing Him, despite being a God, to condescend in order to freely accept the responsibility of saving humankind. My heart is truly amazed and filled with marvel.
I've been watching/listening to your program for several years and have been blessed for doing so. Thank you for your insight and giving me a view of the hearts of those who have been written about. (Father Lehi and his family).
You are the "removal of my shoes" weekly. I feel like I step off of holy ground when I finish your lessons. Thanks seems inadequate. In an effort to give feedback I really felt the lesson you shared in how we perceive God. It is such a good reminder-and eye opener- to introspectively consider how I truly perceive God. I also LOVED when you talked about the layers of insight when Nephi is challenged with his claim of obedience. The garments and sword being both symbolic of Christ and a reminder of our commitment and obedience. incredible insight. I also found myself digging deeper to have my own personal revelation. Thank you for pushing us.
I have contemplated how Nephi learned the words exchanged between Sariah and Lehi while their sons were gone. I have concluded that after they had returned Sariah most likely shared the experience with Nephi. I think that was a moment of clear defining testimony building for her and she used it as a lesson to teach her son.
I am repenting from my comment last week bemoaning we wouldn’t be doing a verse by verse study this year. ;) I should’ve had more faith in a better way. Instead of preparing a feast for us, you are teaching us how to fish, and the reward has already been abundant. I have felt more guidance from the Spirit teaching us how to learn from the Lord. As I pay closer attention not only to what you teach but how you are teaching it, my mind is expanding and I’m so grateful for that. The highlights at the end of the lesson are treasures and I loved the questions you told us to ask ourselves at the end as well. So deeply grateful to you, Brother Halverson.
Thank you! I live this so much on si many levels. The part that sticks out the most is the marriage comparisons. I've been really working on trying to focus on the positive things my husband, and my kids, do and this was great to establish the importance of sixteenth view points and using it to make us stronger and Lehi bringing the "us" back into the situation. We're in this together. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much I've been so enjoying learning from your podcasts! As I listened to your story about realizing that Nephi was justified by the Law of Moses when he killed Laban, it also occurred to me that Nephi wouldn't have been justified if they hadn't had the first two failed attempts to get the plates. Like so many things in our lives, things that can easily be interpreted as failures--when we are earnestly striving to follow the Lord--actually turn out to work into the Lord's plan perfectly. The Lord turns everything to be for good for those who are faithful. But this example exemplifies so beautifully that the Lord has things under control and even when we think it isn't His plan, it is.
I have always felt like I am a "Sam". I can believe on others words and testimony. Which makes me very grateful for the strength of your testimony and knowledge and then for sharing it with me. How amazing it would be to be a Nephi, and to know. But for now, I can be a Sam as long as you Nephi's out in the world keep sharing and giving us a good leader to follow. I would also like to express an immense amount of gratitude to your wife and to your children. Growing up, my dad was a bishop and I watched my mom spend so much time alone as he served. I appreciated her example and it gave me such a love for the support crew, that names and faces are never known. Please pass on my appreciation to them. It wouldn't be possible without them and I know that and acknowledge that!! I also know the balance is real and a struggle and am understanding of that.
I love how this gets me to think about the scriptures - pondering in ways I haven't before. I loved the verse by verse of previous years, but I think this hour(ish) per video is the perfect digestible length. Shorter would feel too rushed. An hour doesn't feel too long to share with others.
B. Halvorsen keep it coming! I learned So Much in what I’ve read and didn’t get many times before. How to learn and get revelation from the Lord! Now I see why certain prayers were answered. Love this study. May God bless you and yours abundantly.
I appreciate the one-liners. One-liners viewed as possible titles for whole talks could be very fun paths of pondering. Thank you for all that goes into these lessons.
Please, please continue with the one liners. Since the lessons are shorter I have time to study the one liners. Thank you, you are blessing to my life.
Wow!!! Thank you for the joyful nuggets at the end of your lesson!! It was like a reward for being faithful and enduring to the end!! I hop you continue to do that each week!! Truly, each of those quotes is a sermon unto itself!! Thank You for being such a great teacher!!
Thank you so much for starting us on the right path. We love the scriptures but some times we need more explanation and you do it so well. I watch and listen to a Sacrament meeting from a branch in Holland . I am Dutch that is why. Any way when I listened to a sister bearing her testimony she said how grateful she was for an podcast she listen to that help her so much. Then she mentioned the name and it was yours. I smiled and was happy that she also can enjoy your testimony and your teaching. Thought you might get a smile from that. Thank you for all you do.❤❤❤
I love your video classes, as much as I liked having the longer verse by verse videos for the Bible, I understand your time is limited. I think the two, one hour videos per week is great! Please keep going, you are an amazing resource for scripture study.
Thank you! And I repent for not thinking of your TIME before my desire and request for the play by play sentence by sentence teaching :) I learn so much from you but I also know the independent study w the Spirit is needed. So now I see more clearly why it’s wise of you like unto the leaders of the church telling us it is our own responsibility to study the words of God and pray for understanding- I know you’re inspired to make it what it needs to be for all concerned. I’d take five minutes and be grateful for it if that’s what you can give! I do pray you are blessed greatly for the sacrifice of what ever time you can afford to give us! i taught early morning seminary for years and years and LOVE studying the word of God i consider/ed it a luxury (if you will) to study them for long hours in order to teach the students. Ps thank you for encouraging me to write what the spirit speaks to me the minute you said it I felt the Lord confirming that! Obviously I needed to hear and now I pray I heed! Thank you so much again for helping so many!
Thank you Bro Halverson! You always give me something new to think about just when I think there can’t be anything new in these pages!! Your the best!!
My son, who is a wonderful son, great missionary, and good husband and father has decided to leave the church. He told me a week ago that this has been the case for over a year. I had my suspicions when he told me what he heard from his mothers anti-lds musings, and that he was beginning to accept, and worried over. He tell me because he didn't want me to be reject him, and or decision. My response was: "There is nothing you can ever say or do that would make me stop respecting, honoring and loving you." I am 68, he 37. Your video presentations have brought my sad heart comfort and happiness. You seen to be not only brilliant like my teacher hero Hugh Nibley, but emotionally able without flowerily talk speak to our hearts in power and intellect.
Brother Halverson, First I want to thank you for all of your hard work putting out these videos. You are changing lives. You have changed mine. This is the first time I am commenting but I have listened watched all of your videos since I picked up your channel during the latter part of the D&C a few years back. Not since my mission president Calvin R Stephens have I found someone who has continually provided me nuggets like you have. The reason I am commenting today is because I had an insight in these first few chapters that I have never seen before and thought I would share. The thought was triggered by 1 Nephi 2:16. As I read this verse I saw the comparison between Nephi and Joseph Smith. Nephi wanted to know the truth and asked God and spoke with the Lord. Nephi was then commanded to obtain an ancient record. He was asked to interpret some of those writings into easier language for us as he created new scriptures. He was to lead his people and the church. He was commanded to build a ship just as Joseph was commanded to build the Temple. (both to take us over the great abyss to the promised land.) There are many more as the spirit kept bombarding me with them. I just wanted to share with you and thank you again for helping so many of us to feast upon the words of Christ through the scriptures.
Brother Halverson, I enjoy these Scripture Podcasts so much that I find myself rewatching them again and again. They are so rich with information and Truth. I always feel closer to Heavenly Father and Our Savior, Jesus Christ when I have participated in one of the Scripture Lessons. You mentioned that You had a link to a Spreadsheet that You had created for Your reading of all the Standard Works in a year. If You are still sharing the link, I would love to have it. Thank Your Wife and Family for sharing their time with You for Us. We Love and appreciate them for sharing You. What You do is so exceptional and You truly open the Scripture World and the word of God to all who can participate. Thanks Again! 😁
Bro. Halverson, I wondered if you could do verse by verse until it matches the previous verse by verse. I love the in-depth study of the scriptures. Thank your wife and family for sharing you with us. Sister Halverson, thank you for your generous gift to us students. My heartfelt gratitude🤗🎶
I love the ideas you share: they stimulate understanding and testimony. The shorter lessons are easier for me to absorb and leave me wanting to find more.
1:00:55 I love adding the first part of the next verse with this one-liner: “And I was led by the Spirit, not knowing beforehand the things which I should do. Nevertheless I went forth”.
I’m grateful for the extra hour. I agree with the earlier comment that it would be nice to have a verse by verse four each of the four standard works. I know this is a sacrifice and your family needs you, but it is really appreciated by many. Also, please keep the one liners coming. It’s a nice way to summarize the whole experience. Thanks again and thanks to your family.
I had an incredible experience once (wish I had space here for details) where 3 “failed” attempts to do something actually put me in the right place and time to bless an unknown family with something they desperately wanted and needed. Like my experience, I don’t see the plates attempts as failures but as the Lord lining up the circumstances perfectly. Why do you think Laban was out by night and drunk? Probably celebrating with his friends his newly obtained riches. Drinks all around on me!
Awesome lesson!!!! I love how you explained Nephi killing Laban. I often forget that they had different laws then. People today so often judge those in the scriptures based on our beliefs and practices of our modern day. I love your one liners too!! Thanks for all you do!!! ❤😁
I am very excited about this study you bring because have read and studied the Book of Mormon and you have showed me another view that I am really enjoying thank you
Thank you so much! You are very interesting and thought provoking. I appreciate so much your insights. After listening to you, I wish I could go back to the 90's and have a "do over" for family scripture reading to make the scriptures come alive for my sons like you have for me. The "one liners" are very much appreciated!
Thank you so much for your inspiration and dedication with "unshaken". It has been a blessing in my life and in my scripture study. I am looking forward to this year and I do welcome shorter presentations, not because they are less productive, but for me, they will enable me better to view all of your presentations and allow me to dig a little deeper to find answers myself that I might miss when I am unable to view your presentations. Again, thank you so much Jared for your amazing dedication and wisdom that you so willing share with us through the Spirit. you are loved. Terry Fund
Tonight I thanked God for you and your family that supports what you do. Prayed for your family’s welfare, frankly, in a selfish way🙃. In hope that your entire family will be blessed with all they stand in need so you can continue to share such powerful scriptural insights. I am a convert to this wonderful church and have many commonalities with Sariah. Not in giving up riches and comfort of temporal things but losing my relationship with my mother when she felt the church stole her one and only daughter. The daughter that married in the temple and she didn’t get to see marry because in my day there was no ring ceremony first. Then to raise 6 kids with the youngest just out of the nest and 3 of my 6 who were all very committed to the gospel are now choosing the world’s path and leaving our relationship (a lot like my mother did) even though my arms are stretched out continuously and my acceptance and no judgement of their agency is clear. I have felt alone much of my life and at the same time often carried by the Lord. God bless you Brother Halverson. You have a gift and I am grateful for your sacrifice in sharing it so others like myself and my dear husband can benefit ❤
I love the way you teach! Your teaching skills and expressions make the story of the book of mormon come to life for me. Iam filled with joy reading this book. Thank you so much for this!
I wish I would have found you earlier. Once I did, I started by dedicating my drive to work (about 20 mins) to your podcast. I learned quickly that was not enough time to dedicate, so I upped the amount to the drive to and from work. Well, I realize now, that was not enough either. Now I need to jump on youtube and review several of the things that struck me on the drive so I can record and further dive in. I read John Welch's paper on Nephi and Laban.....wow!!!! The perspective I got from that was incredible. Thank you for all the hard work you do, its obviously had an impact around the world and I would expect with the Book of Mormon this year, its promises and the spirit that works within it, I would be willing to bet your podcast sees a massive jump in numbers. All the best to your family and getting to spend time with them. Thank you, thank you for all your doing.
I was worried when you said you were going to shorten the lessons that we would be missing out on important and inspiring lessons. But you seem to be getting across what is needful. (Of course, you would be the first to say that it's because as students, we come prepared to learn😊) I'm so grateful you are continuing to teach us even though you are so incredibly busy. And grateful that you are able to teach us from the beginning books of the Book of Mormon. And really grateful for the patience of your family. I, too, am praying for all of you❤.
Brother Halverson, I was delighted to hear you say that you will continue the podcast this year!! I have followed your podcast from the day you talked about the earthquake in Salt Lake City. I absolutely love your lessons! My husband speeds the time recording, I do not. I take as many notes as possible. Please continue to summarize the highlights of the lessons. I take pictures of them to compile them. I was touched by your story as a missionary when an investigator returned the Book of Mormon to you after reading the account of Nephi killing Laban. I asked the same question to the missionaries when our family was receiving the lessons. I finally came to an understanding of the gospel’s truth by reading the entire Book of Mormon, attended the investigator’s classes for a year, and upon following the counsel or Moroni 10: 3 -5, I prayed to ask if I should join the church. As soon as I started praying I received a light that covered my whole body, at which point I remained on my knees thanking Heavenly Father for His goodness. My sister and I joined the church without our parents. After I married a former missionary, mom attended church with me and before her death she requested to do her vicarious ordinances. I joined the church in 1972. Three of our four children went on missions. They are all married, active members of the church and raising their children in the gospel. Thank you so much for the time you spend teaching the gospel and thank your family supporting you in this endeavor!

Just wanted you to know I am soo happy you are continuing with Unshaken ❤
Thank you Brother Jared Halverson ❤📖🙏 1:38
The slaying of Laban is the beginning of the making of the Book of Mormon that is in my hands today. A long precious journey. I love this book.
I love the longer lessons but this was great! I feel closer to Nephi today.
I often thank Heavenly Father and our Savior for you and all the others who take so much time to teach me and open my eyes to things I've never noticed in the scriptures. Your podcast has helped me to read them with a different approach and my understanding and testimony of them have grown so much! Yummy food

Thank you. I love the mother versus father and coming together. And i love revisiting the trial of Nephi by mosaic law.
Thank you very much. I sure appreciate each week to learn from you. 😍👏
I like your teaching brother Halverson. May you be blessed with health and strength to carry on in doing the family business. 🙏😇
So much depth in these chapters that I took for granted before, thank you!
Brother Halverson wow! I have read the BOM at least 25-30 times all the way through but you have opened my eyes to things I never supposed. Thank you!
I’m so thrilled to study The Book of Mormon with your guidance Brother Halverson! I’m happy to listen and engage for whatever time you have to share. This is a blessing to me and I’m grateful for your teachings and insights. You have a gift 🎁 thank you for sharing with all of us.
I look forward every week for these videos! Thank you so much!
Thank you for your comments at the end about marriage and how you study the Book of Mormon when you were getting ready to be married.
Love the one liners at the end , they make you ponder further than just the historical events 58:14
Br. Halverson it is a joy and privilege to hear you talk and expound upon the Book of Mormon and all the other works these past years. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your great knowledge of the Word of God ❤

Please know that if you go over an hour, the spirit is guiding you. You will be at the hour when it is right. No apologies needed! Thank you for teaching me how to deal with the death of Laban and that I can open my mouth and the words will come.
Deeply appreciate the education you have given me so far. My faith has deepened greatly . Ty Jared
Thank you. You help me dive deeper into the scriptures. I appreciate your stories and your insights. Thank you!
Thank you for the lessons and I feel happy with whatever you prepare each week.
Yes but I feel extra blessed when they are longer . Thank you for the lessons!
Thank bro Halverson!!! Another fantastic lesson!
Thank you!
A very inspiring lesson, love your lessons.
we need to mention that Nephi took the time to make sure that his brothers were hidden and safe before he went back to Jerusalem. It showed Nephi's love for his brothers and his gentle nature.
Thank you, I'm so thankful for the Book of Mormon ❤️🙏😇🙏❤️.
Dude, you extrapolate things from these scripture stories that never would have occurred to my brain. I am so grateful for the enlightenment you provide.
Jared, You are a magnificent Book of Mormon Concordance in human form! I love listening to you go deep!
Thank you for another week of a wonderful lesson. And yes, please continue doing the oneliner, and please not too short of a lesson. 3 hrs are perfect. Lol, see you next week.
I love the one liners. Thank you for your spirit, testimony & knowledge that joins me everyday for my scripture study.
❤

If only she had remembered that it was a commandment of God, she may not have grieved so much but yes her reaction was natural
I'm excited to come back to this amazing record that is a co-witness with the Bible, of the divinity of Christ the Lord! Thank you 🙏
Wow im so lifted with your beautiful spirit, your teaching brother thanku so so much
Thank you for the shorter lessons, I love being able to finish a whole video in one setting.
Thank you for the double time, I truly appreciate it!!❤
Take your time. I enjoy every second 🎉
I just Love your lessons, they help me to look at the scriptures in a different way. To pick up on the details that are easy to skip over. Thank you
I have contemplated how Nephi learned the words exchanged between Sariah and Lehi while their sons were gone.
The Unshaken videos have become a cherished and improved learning part of my spiritual growth. Thank you Bro Hal …. We love ya
Grateful to have found you, on the passing comment of my Sunday school teacher. I need this year to be better centred in the gospel.
Awesome lesson! I know of a surety that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. Thank you.
Thank you Brother Halverson, can't wait to dive in and get started! Sometimes I feel you are a step above my knowledge!
thanks Brother Jared
I am loving it!
Alhamdulillah!
Shukran 🙏🏻
Praise God
Thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you, Brother Halverson!
Thank you ever so much Brother Halverson for your time in helping us understand he things of God
I love these studies SO much!!!!! Thank you for sharing your time and knowledge with us!!!
One liner’s a must. So appreciated!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a very understandable way . I loved the lesson.
Awesome lesson!!!! I love how you explained Nephi killing Laban. I often forget that they had different laws then. People today so often judge those in the scriptures based on our beliefs and practices of our modern day. I love your one liners too!! Thanks for all you do!!! ❤😁
I am very excited about this study you bring because have read and studied the Book of Mormon and you have showed me another view that I am really enjoying thank you
Thank you! From Wenatchee WA!
Thank you so much! You are very interesting and thought provoking. I appreciate so much your insights. After listening to you, I wish I could go back to the 90's and have a "do over" for family scripture reading to make the scriptures come alive for my sons like you have for me.
The "one liners" are very much appreciated!
I am so excited to go through the Book of Mormon this year. I am excited to learn more about it with you guys. It is gonna be awesome. ❤

(Of course, you would be the first to say that it's because as students, we come prepared to learn😊)
I'm so grateful you are continuing to teach us even though you are so incredibly busy. And grateful that you are able to teach us from the beginning books of the Book of Mormon. And really grateful for the patience of your family. I, too, am praying for all of you❤.
Brother Halverson,
I was delighted to hear you say that you will continue the podcast this year!!
