Thank you for the very informative videos... I've had my Mille 30 for just over a year but just started to learn how to use it (was moving into my new house and was scared of it) and I found your video helpful with good instructions💜💜💜
This is so informative. APQS should put out videos like this one. It would be easier then going through the hundreds of pages of instructions in the manual. Can you make videos on the 1 month, 6 months and the yearly cleaning. Thank you! Subscribe!
Glad it was helpful! As a subscriber, you will be notified when the deep cleaning instructions are uploaded on this site. APQS has awesome instructional videos as well.
No, I change depending on what I’ve sewn through. Batiks or glitter fabric dull a needle faster. I’ll do multiple baby quilts without needing to change the needle if it’s quilters cotton. Hope this helps!
I was always told that WD-40 is not good for sewing machines. It was developed to displace water thus the WD. Also can you turn the motor speed down on a Lucey?
APQS are industrial workhorses (and beautiful)! The manufacturer (APQS) recommends we use WD-40 cleaning followed by oiling. Lucey has stitch regulation that can be turned off, therefor using it in manual mode. turning the dial to the left reduces the motor speed. Let me know if I can be of assistance!
Please do more videos on aspects of maintaining our wonderful machines
Having bought a used Freddie from a private seller ( no lessons included) this was a wonderful video to find, many thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much for this video! So informative. I've had my machine for quite awhile and didn't know quite a few of the steps that you did!
Glad it was helpful!

I was told. To use a pin under the finger on my previous machine but won’t be doing this again. Thank you!
You are welcome!
Very helpful! I just got my Lucey and this was much easier than the manual. Do you have a link for your needle oiler please?
