The trial at the ICJ in Hague took 23 years. That's the heaviest and most proof-based trial ever done in human history, it should be respected. I hope one day the Palestinians gets justice as well through a process of justice on a international scale, like bosniaks did.

Indonesia sounded like my professor - everything sweet and PC - the whole speech was so generic and without any reflection on details for or against and it can be literally applied to any case. In any case, the whole resolution is a joke and orchestrated by a few countries that play moral roles yet those countries killed millions of people in that same century.

Is there a parliament in the world that would, legally speaking pass a resolution or any other decision with an overall minority voting in favour?! 84 states in favour, 19 against and 68 abstentions! 20 delegations left and didn't vote at all! So, the resolution was passed with less than 50% in favour! Charade! Let alone that Gaza massacre is not deemed a genocide where 70% of victims are women and children. In Srebrenica, to which this resolution referrs not a single child or woman was killed! Shame on those who proposed this so called resolution! And who proposed it? Germany!!! killed millions during two world wars!
In Srebrenica, Bosniak soldiers were killed. It was a war crime but not a genocide. I don't get why IRAN is written as IRAN (Islamic Republic of). Either call it the Islamic Republic of Iran or Iran. Personally, I think it should be just called IRAN. Less is more. No other Islamic country uses the reference.

2. On the other side. You don't see a country that is majority Christian label itself as such. Brazil for example has 180.8M Christians. And it is called just Brazil. Not the "Christian Republic of Brazil". Do you know what I mean?
3. What I mean by less is more. if you write the word Iran on a page. You can expand it to display very large. But if you write the words "Islamic Republic of Iran" It will fill up the page but each individual word would be so much smaller. When it comes to branding everyone is looking for a short word. Even as a website it would be easier to type and search.

An American Judge wrote the first werdict in Hague claiming that war crime (of revenge) were Genocide so that latter NATO could have excuse to invade, bomb and kill Serbs. So you think that helping western army aganst other nation will be beneficial to your people? Good luck with that.

As for was it a Genocide, the votes were: 84 voted in favour, 19 against and 68 abstentions 😊(87).
This tragedy didn’t start and end with Srebrenica 95, this started as a civil war 1990, so you have no idea about the Bosnian history, bosniaks committed even worse crimes against the Serbian population in Bosnia that they wanted to ethnically cleanse, and they killed massacred, burned alive families children grandparents, men fathers, teenagers no one was spared, they had concentration camps for serbs, were they tortured, killed raped….they also beheaded people, are you going to call this justice for all victims????? There should be justice for ALL!!!! This is discrimination and rasist behaviour!
