Still have to read this. But little worried Cornwell's version of Lancelot (from the brilliant Warlord chronicles) will color my view a bit... Still after having read the Raven trilogy and now in the mids of the rise of Sigurd I know it will be a worthwhile read.

This has been a few years, but please don’t be dissuaded. Lancelot is the warrior to follow and you’ll never look back on Cornwall’s masterpieces, as Lancelot is one in its own
