    I wish I could get you guys to deliver one to Roswell NM

      Raven, it would be no problem at all. We have one leaving today for Arizona, next week for Canada, we are even shipping one to Tokyo in a few months. Roswell would be no problem!

      How much extra would that cost me? I have a fixed income of veteran disability.

      Honestly I don't know... We leave it up to our clients to arrange shipping. Most will come pick the trailer up in person, and make a trip out of the journey home. Any vehicle shipping service can handle our trailers, and they take up roughly the same amount of room as a small SUV, so you can do some research into what it might cost and find a shipper that would fit your budget.

    hi! nice video. what’s the thickness of the stainless steel sheet?

    hello, how did you prep/laminate the plywood with steel sheet for the doors? shown at 2.30

      Honestly it doesn’t need to get glued to the plywood because it’s held down mechanically by the aluminum edge trim. This way if the stainless sheet ever gets damaged, it can be easily replaced.

    What is the exact name of the trim on the edges of the side table? I'm getting ready to trim my doors and think something like that would work, but I went to Lowes last night and could not find anything remotely wide enough or flexible enough. Searched Amazon and am probably not using the correct name. And will any double sided carpet tape work for adhearing the aluminum to the door? A ton of options come up on Amazon. Thank you so much for making these videos. :)

      We call that trim "nosing" and it's nice and bendy! You can get it in 93" lengths (part number HT09) from here- www.teardroptrailerparts.com/hinges---aluminum-trim.html. You won't find this stuff in any big box stores. I would avoid using carpet tape to fasten this stuff down, especially on your doors. Aluminum and wood expand/contract under opposite conditions. Under high heat and UV exposure, aluminum expands and wood shrinks. In wetter colder weather, wood expands and aluminum shrinks. This is why we only use elastomeric adhesives to glue aluminum to wood, and we always use screws as well. Pre-drill, then countersink for flat-head stainless steel screws (#6 x 1/2" is what we use) and add some non-water-based adhesive sealant, and that trim won't go anywhere, and will keep water out... We like to use Geocel ProFlex RV. Thank YOU for watching these videos!

    Is the final angled trim aluminum or stainless?

    no cooktop? no gas?

    • @OregonTrailR
      @OregonTrailR  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Our cooktop option is a flip-down system that doesn't require any counter space, when not being used...so the counter top doesn't need a "hole" for the cooktop.
