I know most people do care deeply. Thanks for the reminder as it does get questionable at times. But...not to the point of making adjustments or getting help when they need it. Some continue to walk in the same paths year after year. Maybe in self doubt but not enough to try something new or even get feedback. Need some men to call out men living in mediocrity to move forward.

Yes! I have heard my wonderful husband, who has depression, say something similar. That he knows ___ but doesn't believe it at the moment.
Words express unhappiest when their blow across to each other. But always forgiving one another and a solution from above the Lord always help. 40 yrs of marriage 2022 saids forgiveness and space to growth always.

Ladies often work on things to make themselves attractive - get hair done, nails, new dress...Doesn't seem men have the same desire. Often let themselves go and may take a shower but don't get input on physical attractiveness. This would go a long way for women. Especially, if they feel like the hand holding and such is just to lead to something else. Just an FYI. And question of what to do when there is little attraction there.
Nahhh if you know what u saying hurts your partner , you will stop saying and doing it over and over. Period
