Despicable that he dared to call Tammy lazy . She sure didn’t appear that way .
He will say anything because Tammy is not there to defend herself. Tammy was the breadwinner of the family at the time of her death. Chad is despicable.
What a terrible person to say that at his wife’s funeral, or anyone’s funeral. It’s totally disrespectful. I hope he gets the max sentence because he is an evil monster.
A bit disturbing to me that I can jump online and find photos of the Daybell property with an addition showing an obvious staircase to an upstairs room. Just an observation. Prior is so smug.
I would have a whole lot respect for him if he were a little bit more truthful. I would even respect him avoiding certain topics. But to blatantly lie.. how is this helping his client? Maybe he's trying to set up for a mistrial?

@@hollyfabiani prior try to discredit a witness who made reference to an upstairs area in a house that he claims is only single story. He's wrong, and he's lying. He owns part of that house, he knows exactly how many levels it has and what she was referring to.
@@HippieChick60I just hope this fact is revisited later seeing prosecutors didn’t dispute at the time.

It was just a Wife, Mom, Sister, Aunt…teacher…friend…neighbor…no big loss!!!
So sad! It’s easy to focus on the kids as their deaths were so horrific and their lives barely begun, but Tammy’s loss (and even the way he treated her when she was alive) is also sad. I wonder if she didn’t go along with his weird ideas to keep her marriage intact. Likely she didn’t believe in divorce.

More to the point, she believed divorce would cost her eternity. She believed divorce would separate her from her own children.

How dare he call the mother of his children lazy. In front of their children and her friends and family, no less. That is very telling, if you ask me. I think he hated her.
