Can we just talk about how impressive it is that they managed to fit VOCALS in a SNES game? It's already cool enough to have a 16-bit rendition of the opening theme, but to even feature the LYRICS is just freaking baddass.
Vocals being in a SNES game is nothing new. Heck, some NES had vocals. Doesn't change the fact that the sound quality of this is pretty fucking incredible.
To this day, every time I turn this game on I listen to the song for a bit before actually playing, and I'm always impressed how good they got it to sound.

This version of the song sounds better than the Sega Genesis version of the Power Rangers theme but the only problem is that the audio cuts off at the end of the singing when it's supposed to say _"Go Go Power Rangers"_ it says _"Power Ranger"_ instead. It's plural not singular LOL !!
Not to mention that with the sega version it had the green ranger Tommy to which SNES didn’t not till mighty morphin Power Rangers the movie the game where Tommy as the white ranger was in the game of all versions
@@Erica69 I think its also because this game was being developed during the first season of Power Rangers. By the time the game finished development and was released, I believe Tommy has already become the White Ranger.
the thing that made this game bad was that it wasn't two players... my cousin and I would take turns whenever the other one would die... imagine if it was two players, button mashing, putty beating game, then it would have been fun... music is fire though...
I know this is like almost a year late but I just gotta say this There actually is two players, a 1v1 fighting game type level, similar to the Might Morphin Power Rangers - Fighting Edition When you beat the final boss, and after the credits, it'll show three four digit codes. If you input the code 1212 in the Options menu and press start, it leads to a version of the Megazord boss fight where the enemy doesn't do anything. I tried plugging in a second controller, and found out that the second controller controls the other character, so that two people could play against each other.
