Well it’s just how the Zoras are, that’s why Sidon seems, “looks”, and acts like a man in his early 20’s, even though he’s in his 120’s, and Mipha hints to how when she first met Link, he was only a little boy, and how he seemingly aged faster than she did.

Forget a sequel we'd better get a prequel that's more story based & where we get to actually befriend the Champions...or hate them in some cases (cough, cough, Revoli, cough.)
I want a prequal where we go through the first fight with gannon where everybody does. Well, and a bit before that. I feel like itd be fun to go through that bit of the story
I whould want that too but... What will there be to do? There is no danger and everything is ok! The same shrines as in botw whould still be there and the only thing left is side quests, if we ever get an prequel i whould much rather it be in botw itself, for example you get something to get you half an hour to explore hyrule caste town or something, but then you have to watch as guardians and ganon ruin it

Daruk: Shows how much he cares of the fate of Hyrule, lending his strength to fight off the Calamity.
Urbosa: Shows her will is strong enough to protect the Gerudo from the Yiga Clan's uprising.
Revali: Shows how much Revali cares about Revali, and will lend his skill to fight off the Calamity... For the sake of himself.
If you read his diary, you would know that he also cares for his people, other than himself.

Maybe, it's possible what we see in the trailer is just a little thing that doesn't progress past that, plotwise they never fight, but they might fight in a side mission or something else like that

10:29 don’t expect to get so lucky when it’s Link guarding her though, he outright slaughtered the assassins that were attacking Zelda at the Oasis
I mean, if not, they would have been utterly *fucked* if ganon took control of the guardians like it was and actually killed a shieldless link(He could shoot back a laser from a guardian with a potlid, he would be god with the hylian shield) there would have been nothing stopping the onslaught of ganon. The king wasnt of royal blood, so they and we wouldnt have a Zelda anymore, ever. So of course link would kill anyone. Heck, if i was the king i would have been way more harder on that matter with zelda since her death meant death for basically everyone(assuming link doesnt have a shield) so i would have given her the champions, link and a small private army as her bodyguards.
I started crying when i realized they all died trying to save their people 😭😭😭
Can't wait to play the new Hyrule Warriors game just to know their fate.
And then they all died horrible and tragic deaths.

As does Mipha. Zelda's VA is obviously (to an actual english-accented person) not native as well. To be fair though, none of the VA nor the script in this game is up to much. ALL of the dialogue outside of the cutscenes though is just absolutely divine.

I know this is an unpopular opinion and I really did have fun with the game itself but I really wanted to spend more time with these characters; actually, go on a journey with them and fight alongside them. Having all of that freedom and adventure was nice but I really want a Zelda with more interaction with these races. I just want there to be an adventure where the gameplay and story is split better rather than 90/10 like it is here. Still a great game though!

Not unpopular opinion but who wouldn't. These characters are so loveable even though they get mere minutes of screen time. I hope nintendo's next Zelda game lets us actually interact with npcs
They could have had them asleep inside there Divine beasts and then when you defeat the beast you save them from being forever asleep. That would have been cool

Zora ages much slower so Sidon Made it to full adult hood in Zora Times while Mipha only made it to a teen in Zora time. In reality, she must have been 50 or something.

The original story mode make this clear too, because he recognizes Link and knew the armor was made for him by Mipha. Also the elderly Zoras were clearly past that because they all remember Link (and the Calamity) and hate him for Mipha's death

I think in this case they’re kass telling these stories about the champions, and the cutscenes were added for visual flair.
Random Dog I always thought it was either that, or because he took on a special challenge, he was gifted of a memory from each champion. Kinda to strengthen his bond with each one to allow him to power up. Then after overcoming the final trial, he remembers the day they became the champions.

To me personally, the most drastic change in my opinion on a character was in Revali's. Before this DLC I didn't hate him, but I found him not so likable, but when I did his trials, read his diary and watched his cutscene, my opinion changed so much. He became my favorite champion, over Urbosa (she was my favorite from the start). I feel like his character got more depth in comparison to the others in my opinion. Sure, he's still an arrogant ass, but I find his character really charming and different in a good way. I freaking love him!

Oh mai god the feels just watching this for a 2nd time are tough like at that picture part you can see the characters doing something that expresses there personality if you really look close enough for example revali keeps on changing his poses to try to look more powerful and that music just really makes you feel for link like he's been through so much almost died and regained his memories of friends he lost 100 years ago it's all just so sad but heart warming.

given that it turns out the secret ending wasn't a hint at the dlc, i think the secret ending is what it is to allow players to imagine more directions the franchise could go in next, rather than be particularly sentimental. but for a dlc like the champion's ballad, i think this is a good cutscene to end on

@@RVCGaming33 He is over 100 years old when we meet him and I don't think she meant she wanted to be with him while he was underage in the memory.
Also he is not a fish, he is a Zora. Link and his kind are Hylian. Zora are shown to be able to cross with Hylians in-game and their physiology isn't that much different from Hylians' from what we can tell (they aren't like Rito or Goron different).
Someone pointed out Zora's age slower and that is very much the case once they reach their "prime" they begin to age very slowly. Mipha seemed to be around Link's age but still looked like a preteen (she even mentions how they were both kids and looked alike but he started looking like an adult much faster than she did in the vanilla memory). Hylians (now that they've lost their connection to wielding magic) are similar to humans so Link could be a 16-17 year old kid. If we were to compare Mipha she still looked like she was in her preteens even though they were about the same age.
Sidon is over 100 years old when Link meets him in Zora's Domain but he doesn't look like he is out of his 20s yet compared to a Hylian/Human.
