Stroke Survivor Joe Carter Will Share His Remarkable Stroke Journey

My first stroke was in December 2017 I recovered very quickly from that one And Suffered no ill-effects except some cognition that cleared up.
The most recent Strokes was July 24th And July 27th 2020. My girlfriend at the time Noticed me Drooping And Slurred speech called the ambulance. I was rushed to the hospital and Was airlifted From the Suburban Hospital to the University of Penn in Philadelphia. I did receive the TPA . I suffered another stroke On July 27th while doing an MRI at the hospital . I Don't remember Much at all of July And most of August Little tiny flashes except The great nurses At the University of Pennsylvania . I went to Rehab In Malvern Pennsylvania which was a bad experience and I was Transferred back For a couple of days then went to Moss rehab in Elkins Park in the Einstein Health System . Amazing hair was given to me with a start To recovery PT OT and St or started Nursing care was amazing Want to give you a shout out to Couple of the nurses there I can't remember all the names but I do remember Muhammad And Sunny . A brain fog doesn't allow me to Remember, But the stop was amazing there One of the nurses actually made sure That I got a second cup of coffee because I'm an addict for caffeine . Complications In my Help were recognized at the hospital Philadelphia And I went Four tests found out that I have Heart disease from other complications male life diabetes And smoking. On October 1st 2020 I went to Chester County Hospital For a triple bypass surgery . Doing all this time I was going to OT PT And St While recovering from Heart Procedure . I still have a journey to follow but unfortunately As we all know We are not giving enough therapy by our insurance companies Financially it's too much for them . I have researched Therapy Online through TH-cam and all the groups here in Facebook .

I am Learning about Neuroplasticity And I am very much into it Positive thinking Throwing away Stress .
