It's the astral album. Music this beautiful tends to ground us who feel lost and lift those stuck to ground. Thank you BT for bringing me back down, 10/10.
This comment is spot on! Hearing BT's music can be a sobering and intimate experience indeed (and I've heard all of it). Brian has a beautiful soul and we should be so lucky to be able to revel in his gift. I'm actually digging this more than his past left-field work, and I thought ITSAE was a thing of beauty. Still underrated…
This piece in particular is extraordinary. The synesthesia, 3d evocations of spatiality, the creativity of the composition, the feelings it evokes... just unbelievable.
@DisplayName The only way in which this statement can make sense to me is if you mean in the same way you might consider Plato a ghost producer of Socrates and then in turn Aristotle the same. To assert otherwise would contradict the wealth of evidence that is available from the 90's that Brian is and remains a genius when it comes to electronic music production.
BT always takes Electronic music to a whole new level. This is awe inspiringly beautiful. Another masterpiece, a successor to 'This Binary Universe' & 'If the Stars Are Eternal So Are You and I'.
Brian U just brought me back to ESCM and Movement in Still Life.. this is the whole reason that I called you the Godfather of trance.. Thank u for taking me back to 1997 once again.
This made me feel emotions that are out of this world... I lost my mind. THIS is an outstanding masterpiece among masterpieces. And totally my kind of emotional music... the beginning reminds me of _Skyrim's Atmospheres_ and I love it. The whole track is something else... incredibly amazing and powerful. Divine.
@@WhirlwindDrums ! :D Fancy meeting you here! And that's awesome! You have such great inspirations and now I understand even better how you developed such creativity for the more experimental genres in some of your music ^^ Keep it up!
14:56 though for real is this love ? I've been a fan since early two thousands and seriously...it's honest love of understanding that has created such understanding
I feel like Artifacture gives us an amazing glimpse of what's to come on _ , and BT's vision of what looks to be a modern Koyaanisqatsi. I can not wait to hear and see this masterwork. 😎
What an amazing journey! Congrats to BT on producing such a brilliant piece of musical art and always pushing the boundaries! This is music from the future! Bravo.
See Tiesto this is how you make an album and timeless masterpieces like this, not the america pop crap you support and play just for the easy dollars... be ashamed of yourself for stopping working with this legend genious visionary that is Brian.. you could have gained the skill to make your own masterpieces and not depending on others to be the "number 1" the wonder of trance again.... bless Brian for this! :)
Music is subjective and will mean something different to everyone else. For me personally, I feel like I'm witnessing the birth of the universe and life itself. It's both beautiful to watch in my mind's eye and majestic/powerful. Simply amazing, Brian.
I have to say, this was the top of the mountain, and the use of space and motif just perfect. What an electronic music masterpiece, that may stand tall for a very long time.
Thank you Brian for sharing your gift with us. _(underscore) may be the first new classic symphony for 150 years. Just as the underscore character leaves the space for new words to be created above, this music creates a clear space (canvas) for my imagination to create something newly each time I listen to the whole album. For me this is "music~art" and I don't know of another way to describe it. It opens up a new realm of music that never existed before. A thing of beauty that I suspect it will outlive all of us.
Huge fan of 'This Binary Universe' so I was super excited to hear this new one. Looking forward to buying on vinyl also. Awesome work as always BT. Always present but always elevating and evolving ahead of the game.
It comes right when I personnally think that there will be no more good music, in thèse days of money sweells and drops... great BT and great BH recording.
I want to know how he finds/makes all of these awesome sounds! BT, you're my favorite creative artist. Please come to Beta and play some of this style!
Holy. Shit. This brought me back to This Binary Universe. And then realized it's been a decade(?) since. Sounds like the past, present and future all in one. There is so much depressing, negative and mind-numbing input coming at us all the time these days - this brought me back to my soul aka - home. Can I please stay here for a while?
BT. What an amazing piece of music! Stand out sections for me 3m15s/6m/6m50s/7m16s!!/8m52s/9m58s/10m37s/10m55s to the drop at 11m56s (GULP!). Lost track now. This is truly epic stuff and stretched my Denon amp and Q Acoustic Speakers to new levels!
Really confused by the preorder options... the current iTunes listing only shows movements of Artifacture, Individism, and Ohm. The tracklist in the video is showing 9 total tracks though (including the three bridges of the tracks above). Anyone out there care to help a loyal fan understand?
I believe the 10/14 release is just a few of the "movements," as BT is calling them. The only way to get all the audio is to order the box set, I believe

Okay is this absolutely beautiful but I noticed it's not part of his new album.. I looked and iTunes says his new album drops 10/14/16 but is this just a separate continuous mix? Aside his from his new album? I didn't see a 19min complete set like this on iTunes so I'm super confused... I'm a HUGE Brian Transeau fan so someone help me here pls!
This is a singular song from his new album. The album shown on iTunes isn't the complete album, but rather, demixed versions of three of the songs from the new album. Or at least, that's what I've gathered from his posts and what I've seen.
The iTunes album is the compositions sub-divided into tracks by their micro-movements. This video is the full composition. So, all the tracks that you see in the track listing that start with "Artifacture" are what you're hearing in this video.
"Sometimes, I wonder if anything is real. Nothing, everything, something"
I adore that part.

Its flawless. What a beautiful piece of music and technology that lets you peer into the soul of the musics creator. BT is a musical genius.
I completely agree.

BT always takes Electronic music to a whole new level. This is awe inspiringly beautiful. Another masterpiece, a successor to 'This Binary Universe' & 'If the Stars Are Eternal So Are You and I'.
And a new masterpiece, The Secret Language of Trees, was born.
Some of his best work in years, taking me back to the very feelings I had when I first fell in love with his music, circa 1997. One happy BT fan.
WOW !!! Musical Visionary - nothing less .... Thanks for this amazing sonic ride
its incredible
MAGNIFICENT ...spectacular footage also
The last piece always drives me deep in thought and tears.
What an amazing combination of sounds, perfectly mixed and mastered. Great great great job !!!!!!

BT doesn't have a fixed genre either, producing for Disney, NSync and Bollywood. Let Tiesto do what he likes.
This guy has the ASOT logo and goes bashing on Tiesto on every popular trance video there is.
We get it, everyone gets it.
Boom! This comment will always be relevant.

Such a fantastic musical experience. I get the chills every time the beat comes in at roughly 7:15. Beautiful composed.

Correct. iTunes release does include only these three compositions, while the whole physical package contains all the 9 tracks.
The limited edition physical version, which will ship in December, is available here: t.co/zqLDem1dsY
Phil White help me understand, is this 19 min mix available then in December your saying? While the 10/14/16 release is just 9 separate tracks?

Really wears its Autechre influence on its sleeve, VERY SIMILAR to Garbagemx36 (1995) mixed with a bit of LP5. Extremely solid production nonetheless.
