You've given me so much to comment on this time. H,M,S, Pinafore is an operetta by W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan. It was first performed in London in 1878 that features forbidden love, plot twists, and a farcical ending. It's also known as The Lass That Loved a Sailor and was a huge success. The reason you feel the cold so much more is when you were up North it gradually got cold, and it stayed cold, In Florida you canbe cold one stay and have a warm day the next. Your body doesn't adjust that quickly. As far as your diet goes any decrease in carbs is good for you. Try to keep your carbs under 100 grams for the day, and if you can slowly reduce them to perhaps 50g. Give up "white" things, e.g. pasta, flour, rice, bread etc. Good TH-cam channels include Sten Ekberg and Jason Fung.
