  • Here's my Indian inspired leg of lamb with spiced potatoes, cooked to blushing perfection! I really hope you'll give this one a go!
Using a Thermapen Smoke to monitor the cook throughout and the Thermapen ONE to spot check, you can achieve results like this every time. No two cuts of meat are the same, they all cook at different times. Take away the guess work and use science. You'll find some links below to the kit that I use

I took the plates out of my reverse flow last summer and did BBQ leg of lamb, nice meat when it's cooked right, yours looked tasy with the spice rub 👍🏼

Looks awesome! I was thinking of using some Applewood, but do you think that would contrast with the marinade?

Sorry, it is also known as Sikandari Raan. I tried a kamado slow cook with mixed results. I’d love to see a master try it!

Cheeky little spice rub, same as I used for the lamb

Leg of lamb has a musk gland inside. About the size of a small grape, translucent looking. Next time, try removing it before cooking and see what you think.

Never knew that. Although I like the string taste, I'll try this next time!

Elky what set up are you running there. Deflectors or just the X accessory to sit potatoes on.
