Get yourself the rotisserie (Joetiserrie, I can’t bring myself to say it!) for your KJ. I bought a bundle with the rotisserie, smoker and cover, and I’ve not used the smoker. However, after watching this on here I will deffo try your recipe. Thank you for sharing it. Try Beef on the rotisserie with salt and pepper marination….it’s unbelievable. I don’t use my often for Sunday roasts any more. Also, the best (in my opinion) charcoal by far is the KJ lumpwood. It’s expensive but you can get 2 cooks out of it with very little ash. My other recommendations are the Meater probe, and the Luftlighter.
The Meater block frees you from the bbq. You can sit and watch Newcastle upset the Apple cart, or go out for a walk and know exactly what your KJ is doing. The luftlighter is unbelievable. No firelighters just superheated air which gets the charcoal from fresh to ready to cook in less than 5 minutes. It does need electricity, but with the KJ lumpwood there’s no smoke like you get when you use firelighters wool (don’t use any petroleum based lighters in the KJ. Apparently, it knackers up the ceramics).

Hi Nassta, on the bone a full leg of lamb I don't think it will fit. However you could debone and butterfly or I would suggest a lamb shoulder. I will try this for you and upload a video!

Sorry just looked at your other videos. Ignore my stupid comments. YT doesn’t let me edit or delete comments due to me telling the truth too many times.
