Christmas carols on New Year's Eve throughout the holidays

Christmas carols take place during the holidays and are combined with the rite of caroling. Caroling is a Slavic rite of visiting houses by a group of participants, who performed benevolent sentences and songs addressed to the owners of the house, for which they received ritual treats.
