One of the best lecturers I have heard.. The young lecturer will have bright future.. .Medium is English ,as it should be , ,we have to be correct as far as the pronunciation is concerned. The word incurred ( inked) but not as ( incu:d) as i t is heard often. ..Content and the container (medium) should of equal quality. All the best.
