I wonder how many audiophile companies could actually sit there and explain the technical reason behind every detail of their product? Great video.

I've been watching Danny's Tech Talk Tuesdays since discovering them a week or so ago and they are outstanding. Many thanks for creating this series and providing access to Danny's expertise and experience. Just superb.

Hi Danny, if these unassuming babies are are The Kings of sound stage than i'm blown away!
Finally i found the first chapter of the series i am fan of.
You are The King of plain and sensible explanations, i've head learned more from you than from every Audiophile magazine, critique, recommendation, presentation or whatever i've watched and read through the years. I bow to you :)

    Most enjoyable. Thanks.
I agree with Danny: impossible to overstate the importance of effective room treatment. Best upgrade I ever made :D

Hey you-tuber's ! This is one of the best series about speakers and the components involved on the internet.... period. If you take the advice given, you should be able to make a pair of DIY speakers, ideal for your listening space. Great Advice. Thanks to NRD for giving GR Research a voice on you tube.

Great video, like the Tech Talk theme. Danny did an awesome job, some great information given out. I really like it when he says "the room is part of the system". This could not be more true. Without the the acoustic treatment in my room my system sounds good, with it it sounds awesome! The foam panels that I use were very inexpensive, and make huge difference, adding to a great listening experience. Ron I did the " lights out" speaker setup that you show in the previous video. It was easy to do, and got great results. Look very much forward to more Tech Talk videos. Would really like to see more of Danny, you two really compliment each other.

Excellent start for Tuesday Tech Talk , well done Danny. Those of us who enjoyed the GR Research demo system at Lone Star Audio Fest 2019 experienced first hand the music magic that can be obtained when the principles Richie discusses are put into practice.

I think a lot of the problem is even you see people paying many thousands of dollars on a system.
And then paying more for the cables than the room. Wasted money.

Thanks for this informative video, based on genuine knowledge! I got fascinated of this specific speaker, but I can´t find it on Gr- Research website. It would be great to know what speaker or DIY kit this is.

Agreed on the speaker placement from the front wall but unfortunately, a lot of us haven't got that luxury.
Our homes in England are generally much smaller than you're American homes so it's all about compromise.
    Sacrifices have to be made.
    Great video!, 👍
