She told them about the mansion in the first trailer after camp Cretaceous and said she wanted to investigate further. Kenjis dad had ties she pretended to be different so he would trust her and worked with him to find out how deep the rabbit hole goes. She had to be "dead" because her cover was blown in order to continue her investigation without getting ☠️ my theory anyway. It doesn't make sense for her to switch alliances after almost dying to save the dinosaurs on the island s

I see people theorising that Brooklyn is or could be evil, but i think all the bad stuff shes been doing is to try and take biosyn down herself or at least help, and she didnt contact the others cause she didnt wanted them to hurt like she lost a hand. If you look at the ending when they close the briefcase before getting on the boat. it shows a bunch of eggs in it and the ankylosaurus egg was in there you could see it and that's why they showed the briefcase I think

With such a big character shift, part of me wonders if Brooklyn is pulling what Ramsey Cole or Delacourt's sidekick did in Dominion-- get involved deep to discover everything going on and then secretly bust it from the inside. Totally agree that she's keeping her friends in the dark for their safety, it makes sense: any contact with them would blow her cover. The arrangement with Kenji's dad might have been used to add some weight behind her getting involved in the Dino trade. He worked with Biosyn and other black market investors, so having a working connection to a big name like his would probably bump her legitimacy up to others involved. As for the Ben's dating Brooklyn thing, it could be possible. Definitely an easy way to check in on the group and know their whereabouts. Keep up the great theory videos!

I just finished watching the show and oh my God I was drinking whenever the last scene appeared with Brooklyn and I actively spit my water out because of how shocked I was the entire season we were led to believe that she was dead and then there’s just reveal that she’s in secret undercover and her hand is gone like I was just shocked
Looking forward to season 2, I bet in S2 Bumpy’s egg will hatch and I can’t believe Bumpy is about to become a mother now and I’m happy that Brooklyn is alive but I’m saddened a bit when she lost her hand and forearm. The only way she’ll have her arm regenerate is with the help of a DNA of a salamander. Salamanders are able to regenerate their severed limbs, scientists have been studying this how they do it and they say it’s a key way to help amputees regenerate their limbs.

Finished watching Chaos Theory several days ago and I am really invested on this sequel series to Camp Cretaceous. Curious to see where this goes considering this surprisingly takes place sometime after Dominion. Like who's after our main characters from Camp Cretaceous? Where is Brooklyn now? And where is the ship taking the dinosaurs that are on there and our main characters now? The mystery remains until we get the next season of Chaos Theory sometime in the future.
Yeah, Brooklyn being Ben’s “long distance girlfriend” was like the second thought that popped into my head after the season ended, with the first being that it’s *Creepy Raptor Lady* who’ll end up being revealed as his girlfriend somehow XD I mean, that could create some good tension and mystery, depending on whether or not CRL knows it’s Ben, and if she doesn’t why would she be long-distance dating *anyone*? Brooklyn is working for Ian Malcom or Ramsay Cole, remember it’s called Chaos Theory for a reason . If she is working for Biosyn, it’s only to the extent of working under Ian or Ramsay who was in the works of sabotaging Dodgeson for a while before Dominion.
Heres another speculation/thing I noticed, at the end of the last episode, before the they head on the boat then there's a scene that shows a suitcase full of eggs beimg carried onto the ship, and I think Bumpys egg is in there. Because one, why would bumpy have an egg just for it to be pushed aside and never seen again the very same episode, and two, Bumpy was ( and still is) a loved character in the series, but it dosen't make sense for them to bring her with them onto the boat. So, that means there will need to be a new friendly dinosaur character to fill the role in Chaos Theory the bumpy filled th Camp Cretaceous. Therefore, I think Bumpys baby is on the boat with them going wherever it's going and is going to be seen in season 2.
Looking forward to your theory on Brooklynn going to the dark side because I don’t believe a word of it. We know she is working as an investigative journalist, was investigating the events at the Lockwood manor, was targeted to scare her and send a message, was tracking multiple hand off locations including the place she “died”, and asked Darius to meet her at one of those locations to show him something important. Why would she want to show Darius something about the dinosaur black market? He loves dinosaurs. She must have wanted to fill him in on what was going on. She’s investigating the dinosaur black market. The only evidence to the contrary is what she said to Kenji’s dad, which why would she tell him the truth? She wants “in” to infiltrate the operation.
Your idea that Brooklyn could turn out to be Ben's mysterious online girlfriend he never got to meet in real life is just brilliant. It would add so much to the intrigue and to the emotional stakes
I really hope season 2 and a possible season 3 are good. Really hope the writers don't get lazy. These are the same people that worked on Camp Cretaceous. After the first 3 seasons, I feel like the writers got lazy and made a TON of dissapointing decisions for seasons 4 and 5 of the show and as a result, they were not good. So let’s hope the writers and directors make some good choices through the rest of Chaos Theory.

Something I’m curious about if they go to Malta is if Ben’s girlfriend will come into the story. There’s been some speculation as well on my part that Ben’s girlfriend could be Brooklynn in disguise, trying to get info from the inside. Ben said his girlfriend lives in Europe, but he didn’t specify where. And if I recall, the cover that they used for Brooklynn (Sydney) was given an actual backstory when that was unnecessary to mention. Whether she uses this false identity in the show at all or not, I’m excited to see how she will reunite with the others. It’s going to be heartfelt. Just got to the end and it seems we have thought the exact same thing lol, cool to know we’re on the same page.
my theory is that a villain arc is coming. brooklynn "planned" the attack of the allosaurus and got everyone to think she's dead. then she will make a return as a villain selling dinos. Three things, Great video again as always. I noticed you said camp cretaceous s2 instead of Chaos Theory s2, not a big deal. In season 2 I want Darius to confess his feelings for Brooklyn. That part when he said that he loves her surprised me, I like them more than her and Kenji
Brooklyn is working for Ian Malcom or Ramsay Cole, remember it’s called Chaos Theory for a reason . If she is working for Biosyn, it’s only to the extent of working under Ian or Ramsay who was in the works of sabotaging Dodgeson for a while before Dominion.
Heres another speculation/thing I noticed, at the end of the last episode, before the they head on the boat then there's a scene that shows a suitcase full of eggs beimg carried onto the ship, and I think Bumpys egg is in there. Because one, why would bumpy have an egg just for it to be pushed aside and never seen again the very same episode, and two, Bumpy was ( and still is) a loved character in the series, but it dosen't make sense for them to bring her with them onto the boat. So, that means there will need to be a new friendly dinosaur character to fill the role in Chaos Theory the bumpy filled th Camp Cretaceous. Therefore, I think Bumpys baby is on the boat with them going wherever it's going and is going to be seen in season 2.
Looking forward to your theory on Brooklynn going to the dark side because I don’t believe a word of it. We know she is working as an investigative journalist, was investigating the events at the Lockwood manor, was targeted to scare her and send a message, was tracking multiple hand off locations including the place she “died”, and asked Darius to meet her at one of those locations to show him something important. Why would she want to show Darius something about the dinosaur black market? He loves dinosaurs. She must have wanted to fill him in on what was going on. She’s investigating the dinosaur black market. The only evidence to the contrary is what she said to Kenji’s dad, which why would she tell him the truth? She wants “in” to infiltrate the operation.

Your idea that Brooklyn could turn out to be Ben's mysterious online girlfriend he never got to meet in real life is just brilliant. It would add so much to the intrigue and to the emotional stakes
I really hope season 2 and a possible season 3 are good. Really hope the writers don't get lazy. These are the same people that worked on Camp Cretaceous. After the first 3 seasons, I feel like the writers got lazy and made a TON of dissapointing decisions for seasons 4 and 5 of the show and as a result, they were not good. So let’s hope the writers and directors make some good choices through the rest of Chaos Theory.

I've also been a kenjlynn fan basically since episode one but now I kinda hope Brooke ends up alone because her faking her death led to so much damage for Darius and Kenji and I just don't think any apology she gives can be acceptable enough for her to date either one of them

There’s been some speculation as well on my part that Ben’s girlfriend could be Brooklynn in disguise, trying to get info from the inside. Ben said his girlfriend lives in Europe, but he didn’t specify where. And if I recall, the cover that they used for Brooklynn (Sydney) was given an actual backstory when that was unnecessary to mention.
Whether she uses this false identity in the show at all or not, I’m excited to see how she will reunite with the others. It’s going to be heartfelt.

my theory is that a villain arc is coming. brooklynn "planned" the attack of the allosaurus and got everyone to think she's dead. then she will make a return as a villain selling dinos. (If Daniel kon wouldn't be dead, she could work for him too) or she's working for an "undercover" assasin or undercover dpw. thats my theory
When Brooklynn reunites with the rest of the Nublar six there is going to be mixture joy and anger especially with Darius and Kenji. They'll be happy she's alive but they'll be pissed that she faked her death even if she had good reason to do so.
