Great video. I'm struggling to get an occlusionRoughnessMetallic map working. Because colour, not alpha is used for metallic and roughness I can't work out if it's possible with c4D. Any ideas?
@@DIGITALMEAT Thanks for the prompt reply! Exporting from Substance painter using the GLTF template. I have Occlusion(red)Roughness(green)Metalic(blue) all in one image . I think I need to isolate those colours to use for the roughness and metallic within cinema. I think with my version of cinema I need to use a the node editor. That's what ChatGPT says anyway :)
@@planetvr1653 - I think your right about the node editor, as there's no way to target one colour channel of the texture in the normal material dialog, just layers.
@@DIGITALMEAT Thanks. Started watching a video about it as it's totally new to me. Need to sleep now but will hit it again tomorrow. Thanks again for the reply. Really appreciated! ♥️
Very good tutorial. I see the drop to floor icon. Very nice tool you introduced to me a while back. Thanks

I'm confused, what do you mean? How are you generating your maps?

I've messaged via your site but if you could recreate that material with standard c4d r20 material nodes I'd happily pay! 🙏
thanks for sharing.
My pleasure buddy 😀
First like, then watch the video 😉
Why not using regular color property of c4d material and use reflection layer colors instead?
As stated in this video, you should go back and watch this video, it will clear things up for you 😉
