Johnny. If you are comfortable doing this kind of work. Doing modifications to your 2240 would come easy , if you feel inclined check out my build of the 2240 into a PCP carbine, it looks like you enjoy working on airguns like I do .

I am looking forward to doing some modifications soon. I am saving up for a decent chronograph before I do any increases over the stock pistol or rifle.

I haven't cleaned mine since I bought it , it's now not shooting consistently, it'll shoot one bb then I'd have to charge again one bb , when I use full auto it will shoot if pulled all the way but it won't burst shot without me having to charge it again , is this do to low maintenance or does it sound like I need a new mag?

How did you do the color on the MPW?

I used gun skins stickers and added Magpul furniture only.

@@johnnybbgunner2136 I think you misunderstood my question, I should have worded it better.
On the bottom reciever right above the MagWell, where its Etched in by factory, and it says “Bushmaster MPW”, you have it as a Bright Pink/Red Color.
      How did you do that?
Is that paint or crayon or what?

What products are you using for cleaning? I’ve been trying to find a silicone spray but can’t find one?

I am using Primaairsoft.com Pforce silicone spray and Slip2000 oil.
      I bought both from Amazon.

They all pretty much do the same purpose and keep the parts slick. I add some light gun grease to other heavier wear parts like the trigger area.

@@johnnybbgunner2136 how come in the video you used two different ones if they do the same thing? Is there an all-around one you can use on everything? Or can I use any silicone oil spray for airsoft guns?

      @@311mikey
One is a spray with a nozzle to get deeper into tough areas and the other is a heavier silicone grade oil like engine oil grade viscosity.

It is what I do on all my pistols and rifles and have had zero issues on any from pistol to rifle. Some have over 10,000 shots after one full year and look and run like new.😎
