- The hype is real. Gran Turismo is finally returning to its roots with a proper numbered entry, so I decided to make the reveal trailer even more nostalgic with GT4 SFXs and music.

To be honest the Gran Turismo theme song is one of the best ones ever in my opinion (the original japanese one from GT4 used here) but i like a lot the GT3 PAL intro too.
This just put a big smile on my face.

I mean, GT4 looked fucking amazing! Amazing car models, reflections and lighting , running at a constant 60 fps too?!!
Not something you get these days. It was so charming. A 1080i mode, which also ran at 60fps,and the ability to connect your ps2 to a printer so you could print photos from photo mode

To this day it still blows me away they accomplished such a masterpiece of a game...ON A FUCKING PS2!!!!! LIKE HOW?!?!

@@mohammedsalimahmed5230 dont think so. they still use it on the japanises versions of the games and even had it unlockedable in GT6 (not sure about GTsport as iv never had it) i think its a branding thing for western audiences. its silly but has been the case in the past with GT as well for some reasion

I still remember this being one of the first games to make me look seriously at how I drove. you were constantly looking for ways to shave a second here on a run, a second there. and the feeling of JUST making that qualifying run for that next licence class. I hope this game does the same thing...

The opera start of the trailer ties in very well with the GT4 intro to the point that both have the cars driving to the start during the peak of the song (my favourite part).
