@@771unchki It's a MIDI controller, it has no sounds built-in. You need a computer and a DAW. I use Ableton Live. It's a very good controller, if that's what you're after. Good integration with Live. Good build.

Those are VST Instruments set thru different Midi channel ports in DAW? In Cubase is possible that?
You can use this controller with Cubase? With those 8 tracks seq....or only in Ableton?

Do you have a fixed clip vst on the clips in ableton? Wondering how you are able to get the loops timed so perfect and quantized?

you can.. but then it gets in the way of turning on/off record for the midi channels... some folks love pads... some just love playing the keyboard.....
can someone explain me how to connect it with monitors, MacBook and/or audio interface? what's the best setup?
Stefano Cottone it makes no sounds it is a midi keyboard/controller therefore there is no need to connect to an audio interface. For the same reason (i.e no sound) there is no need to hook up to your monitors. The only connections you need and indeed only ones you can make are USB for controlling your DAW and soft synths, MIDI for playing and controlling hardware synths and CV and gate triggers if you are into modular set ups.
Don't take this the wrong way, but, the fact you're asking these questions makes me think this keyboard isn't for you.
I'm totally new at this and lost! I bought a Novation launchkey MK3 61 and I'm using Ableton 10 Lite. I downloaded the Standalone features into it thinking that I was supposed too! Now I can't get back to the original settings that came with the controller, when I turn the launchkey MK3 61 on it automatically comes on in the Custom Modes as in the user manual 3.0 Standalone Features. I want to use it the way it's in user manual 2.1 Session Mode! How do I change it?
I think you should go to Novation Components software and from there you can revert any changes to the original settings.

I have a question.
Idk why my drum pads don't work when turn on "In control" mode. The "Grid" button light up green but the pad sends no information to Ableton.
maybe look at the preferences in ableton.

Do you have the Novation SL Series Keyboard? As its as simple as plugging it into your device and Ableton will read it! Once you've done this you can solo, arm and adjust volume and other parameters of the Ableton. 🙌
is this recording clips in Ableton or recording into the sequencer?
Hi Matt, it was launching & recording clips in Ableton.
Ableton... that is why he is using the arm/record pads rather than turning on/off sequencer notes... since the sequencer button is low-lit - you know it is all ableton.

My DAW of choice unfortunately isn't fully compatible with this product. I like Native Instruments. So I basically had to learn Ableton and then import Reaktor 5 and 6 VST plugins in order to use it. I would really love it if importing FM 8 into Ableton live 10 worked, but for some reason it just doesn't and this really sucks.
