Sir CO 109 denial aane par medicare advantage ki sahi subscriber id or insurance ko claim karenge toh...medicare advantage yeh bolkar bhi toh denial kar sakta hai ki auth approved nahi thi...toh ese me hum bina auth approval k advantage plans ko claims kar sakte hai?

There was a case where medicare dnd claim as covered by another player but when i checked pt had HMO with Aetna but it was showing msp as medicare as well.
