90% denial from medicare (this scenario) we get as co22, with RMK ma04, so we have to chk on availity or nordian, generally v find Auto or EGHP working aged, LGHP, W/C, just need to add and file with keeping medicare as secondary with correct MSP code.

sir can you tell me if work comp applies any patient responsibility for their processed claim, also patient is not having any secondary payer to cover the remaining pr. in that case can we bill the patient.

Santosh ji, aap ek adbhut karya kar rahe hain. TH-cam के सबसे बेस्ट channels me se ek aapka channel hai. Claims processing me error wahi khate hain jinka concept sahi nahi hota. Theory to bilkul clear hona chahiye. Mere paas question aaya hai ki claims processing ki PPM (P&P) par message (edit) ko sahi ppm tak pahuchne ka solution kya ho sakta hai. Kyonki ek Claim prosser jab doubt karta hai ki is claim me meri error aa सकती hai to weh PPM me dhoondh nahi pata ki iss scenario ki processing PPM me kahaan llikhi hai? Kai US healthcare ke ladke kai baar question puchhte hai. Iss par bhi ek chhota sa video deejiye 🙏

For an auto or workers comp claim you first call to insurance to know if pt open the claim with the insurance or not. If the claim is open only then insurance can have your claim or bill. If you are asking for claim status ask for bill status, because for them it's bill. Hope this clears your confusion

I have seen Some claims. Wherein. Member has medicare and VA.. And Medicare prossed the claim.. When we bill the claim VA with Medicare EOB.. VA dnd as we received other Insurance information.. If patient has VA & Medicare. So why medicare paid as primary
