my family had the Superwagon version like this one but from 2011, 1.6 HDi i think my dad said, 5 speed manual, but we lost it last year in a car accident.
I want to sell my vw passat, hoping it will be my last german car. It breaks down all the time. I had Renault before, it went without any problems. Now I want Peugeot 308 with this 1.6 vti. Its an inspiring nice car!

Ich weiß nicht woran es liegt und ob das im Tolleranzabereich und normal ist. Mein vorheriges Auto war Ford Fiesta 1.25 bj 2012 82 ps und den habe ich 5 Jahre lang gefahren und kein Tropfen Öl hat der Motor verbraucht.
@@stuttgart2020 habe einen Peugeot 207 BJ 2008 1.4 VTI. Gemäss deinen aussagen schlucht deiner ca. 570 ml. pro 1000 KM. Meiner ist bei ca. 500ML. Ich habe mich langsam damit abgefunden, ist zwar nicht optimal aber diese 10 Euro pro 1'000KM sind OK. Solange es nicht mehr wird kann ich damit leben.
@@stuttgart2020 Wechsel auf ein 5W-40 Öl mit Peugeot oder BMW Freigabe. Das 5W-30 verbrennt bei höheren Drehzahlen auf der Ausgangsnockenwelle, Ventile etc. aufgrund der Hitze. Ich fahre jetzt seit 80.000km mit 5W-40 und habe fast keine Probleme mehr. Ansonsten können es noch durchgehärtete Ventilschaftdichtungen auf der Ausgangsseite sein, da bringt auf lange Sicht auch das dickere Öl nichts mehr.

Later..it started smoking.. then i did a research and knew that the BMW PSA Prince engine had plenty of problems, namely oil burning! Of course replacing the engine won't be a solution! I sold (got rid of it!) it with a great loss! And i shall never get any of their products!
Because he just really sucks at driving. I like his Channel, but always starting with turned wheels, shifting to early and many more stupid things don’t help.
Would a Peugeot 206 GTi be a good car to import into America once it becomes legal to do so? For some reason I've always found them interesting, reminds me of my civic hatch

Stay away from this lion I have this engine with 140hp the same car but convertible with 165.000 kmh makes a lot of problems and iam driving my 24 years old mazda demio with 400.000 kmh away from this Peugeot308cc bad electrics not enough power and the worst of them All is it's engine made by mini Cooper

I like this engine! I knew it in a 206 and 307 and it's reasonably fast and economic. And sounds pretty well. Good video Joe!! 😉👍🏻👍🏻
This engine wasn't been used in the 206 or 307. They had the TU5JP4 1.6 16v 110cv which is a completely different engine. 😄

How is your acceleration ALWAYS 1.5x (if not more) slower than the standard one?
First - he's short shifting (changing gears too early). Second - usd cars quite often make less power than new.
