Your wardrobe and jewellery is goals! So perfect! Since watching your videos I realised how unhappy many clothes make me. Recently I started sorting out my wardrobe and focus on less pieces but those that I truly enjoy wearing. It's an interesting journey. Thanks for inspiring me!
I think it's important to get loungewear that washes well, as mine would spend most of the time covered in chocolate and cookie crumbs ;) you need to be able to wash them and wear them crisp if you're heading out. That's why you look amazing in yours Signe - no pasta sauce stains :D loving your vids as usual xxx
This was a great video to watch today - I viewed it wearing one of my husband's old shirts with a pair of lounge shorts I got from Costco (oh my!). Thanks for inspiring me to step up my game a bit. :)
Super helpful! I love that you did this video. The "weekend"/casual part if my capsule wardrobe is for me the most challenging. So these tips will help--thanks!
Great video. I have fibromyalgia and am at home most of the time so this is exactly the kind of clothes I love. Want to comfy and reasonably dressed as well - but comfort is priority :-).
Lounge wear is tricky- while yes comfy- it can also be figure flattering- but t this is tricky as some items may be too bulky and add weight to the figure. It’s a tricky balance. But thankfully there are a lot of light weight figure flattering lounge wear out there. Love that you stick with the classics
Hi Signe, Such a helpful video (I mean they all are) but this one was just perfect for me because I am a stay-at- home mom that refuses to look like a soccer mom, but I also cannot go running around the house on office attire, so somewhere in the middle is exactly where I need (and want and like) to be. The only thing is that I live in Florida, US and it is just always so hot here so I'd have to give your ideas a twist to make it fit to my weather. Thanks!!
🌸 Signe I just love & appreciate your genuine honesty. I never get tired of viewing your vids🤗 I always finish with some kind of helpful tip or reminder I can apply to my own wardrobe.
Besides pajama shorts on hot days, I've also been upgrading my lounge at this year. I'm in the Seattle area so looking like a classy blogger even though you just rolled out of bed to get the mail is really nice.
I totally agree with you that hair and makeup does not have to be “all of nothing”. I always feel much more put together with some concealer and fixing my eyebrows. Loungewear does not have to mean looking like rolling out of bed! I also agree with investing a little more in this category. I feel that loungewear gets tons of wear and gets washed very often. A little better quality goes a long way and lasts much longer!
Love your videos and beautiful scandi esthetics! My normal go-to cozy outfit is (usually a Marimekko) dress/tunic with leggings. With this unusually hot weather, I can’t really wear them and feel really stressed out with clothing in general 😊 Love from Finland!
Love lounge wear, as I work from home too. Only my wardrobe is so much more disorganised. So you’ve inspired me to sift thru and get outfits put together. So thank you. Already been thinking about autumn pieces and what to add as we begin to transition in a couple of months or so. Have you any predictions? Tips?
Yass! Scandinavians are pros of loungewear! Every time I see Scandinavians in airports they are wearing loungewear and they look so cool in it (and dutch too I think ... im trying to remember all the times I flew via Copenhagen or Amsterdam :)) ) P.S im new to your channel, watched two videos and hit subscribe immediately - love your concept
I love all of your videos. I find it so disheartening though that so many sustainable brands and high quality staple pieces are not made with plus-size customers in mind. I usually find that when a straight-size designer attempts extended sizes, they sacrifice quality and the fit is rarely good.
Crissy Fleetwood you are SO right!!! I have thought a lot about this too - if I have future collabs or the like I’ll make sure to mention this to whatever sustainable brand possible ❤️💋 not sure I can do something about the problem directly but I sure Will try 😘
Use Less Thank you! I'm sure you don't have much influence over those decisions, but I appreciate your willingness to speak up. 😘 I love all of your videos. Keep up the good work.
So true and very frustrating! I’m size L-XL and also petite at 4’10”. Why do they have to add length to EVERY ITEM as the size increases? The Larger sizes, even in petite are ALWAYS stacked on the highest display shelf, the highest rack. I’m not tall enough to reach the clothing I need. It’s sooooo frustrating. I end up knocking the pile down into a frumpy pie in a basket .. to find the color and size I’m looking for. Sorry. I don’t re-fold them, not can I place them back on their “High Place!!!” If a store can’t figure out the petite clothes should be where petite people can reach, the clerks will have to tidy up and put the clothing back. FRUSTRATION!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
what do you think about using loved pieces that don't look not as good as they used to be and use them as loungewear: e.g: your old fauvorite jeans, hoodie, t-shirt, etc...
I actually do that too! If I have a pair of worn out jeans that are still comfy I often save them for days where I'm either cleaning/gardening or other things where I might get a bit dirty. So yes, I'm all about that too
I should really invest in pieces from Organic Basics. Since your previous video I have checked out the website and everything looks sooo comfortable! Like you, I don't really care about 'pretty' or 'sexy' underwear but I want it to be practical and comfortable. Another great video full of useful tips :) !
Great vlog Signe...My lounge wear capsule is so like yours...so that is reassuring! One thing though, dog hairs! They tend to show up a lot on black and I'm forever trying to brush them off when I have the dogs around. I even vacuum my joggers with the Dyson vacuum! Any tips or ideas on this or is Oskar one of the few breeds that don't shed much? Thank you!
Thanks for your kind comment! Oh yeah pet hairs can be quite the problem - on the top of my mind I'm thinking fabrics that you can easily dust off or matching the colours to your pets. I know Caroline from Unfancy likes grey sweats because she has a grey dog! Our pets don't shed that much though :-*
Yes, I agree...but when we had Shaggy (black) I had black jeans and joggers...which was perfect. Then we got Timmy and he's black and white and tan and the white hairs stick everywhere because they are so fine! But I wouldn't change a thing, truthfully because Timmy is such a joy and he has taught me so much! Glad I saved up for a Dyson vacuum though! .... ; )
Often you can find some good pieces at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s in the US. And don’t disregard thrift shops. I have found some almost new, pricey pieces for less than 5.00 at Goodwill.
£120?! It never ceases to shock me when I go to Europe what American brands like Levi’s and Calvin Klein cost there. I understand all about shipping and import duties, but seriously that sweatshirt would be $65 tops here and I could probably find one on sale for $30 without too much difficulty. We do have to pay through the nose for things like longchamp bags though so I guess fair is fair.
Loved this! Really inspiring to see you demonstrate how you build your basics up.
I am a lot clearer in my mind and prize the versatility of neutrals!

Signe I always enjoy your videos. They are really informative.

Just in time actually (changing my wardrobe to fit my new living situation), thank you! :p
Yay!! Amazing girl!

Loungwear is a way of life 😍 great video as always!

Thanks love! Tutorial will be up on sunday!
How to look good in loungewear? I just HAD to see this! Oh! Thank you so much!!!
Hahah you're so sweet! I hope you liked it!
Comfort has always been a main priority for me. Great Ivid, Signe. xo, Sue

I will start making Autumn trend videos in August, so stay tuned babe!
Love your hair and style 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Really like your videos and blog ❤️ simplicity is key!

Great idea for a video. You really rock that monochrome look.
Omgg thankyou so much for this! This legit my style!

This video provided food for thought. Loungewear is the area where l compromise the most on quality, cut and comfort.
WoW🤗....looks like someone is gonna have 100k Subscribers very...very soon.
Really happy for you, Hun x
Been waiting for this video for so long! Love ittttt 😉😉😉

Great video, now I can go and shop.... in my closet ! ;)
Great video idea, loove loungewear 🙌🏼😍
Cool looks. I find it so hard to find flattering joggers. I'm a uk 12 but they always make my lower half look huge then with tiny ankles 😂

Loveeeee this video. I swear I just love you so much. You inspire me big time 👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏿👏🏾👏😁❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Could you do a video about your workout gear?
It is definitely something I'd like to dig into! So maybe at some point yes :-* thanks for the tip
Love your videos ❤️😍🤗
I love your videos. 👍
Hi, maybe U mentioned before but what is the size of your CK Jeans sweatshirt?
I translate your advices into men clothing. It would be nice if you make more men fashion videos of affordable DK brands.
You are so pretty 💐💐💐
"Give my boobs a break" Haha!
Did you get a new tattoo? 😊❤️
Yes, I did a while back!
Often you can find some good pieces at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s in the US. And don’t disregard thrift shops. I have found some almost new, pricey pieces for less than 5.00 at Goodwill.
So true, thriftshops often have PLENTY of loungewear. Cool varsity sweatshirts and tees to name a few
