    Here are the things and suggestions that can improve Diablo 4. These are just my opinions and these are subjective.
    1. Bring back the Paladin/ Crusader.
    2. Add the D2 Amazon javelin skills to the Spiritborn. Give the Spiritborn the option to wield a javelin.
    3. Add the option to toggle weapons in your inventory similar to Diablo 2. In this way, you can switch into a glaive or a quarterstaff within battle without the need of going back to town to change weapons.
    4. Add gears to the mercenaries. Add a specific inventory to the mercenaries.
    5. Since the maximum paragon board is 300, why limit it to 5 boards? It would be nice to add more boards so that you can have more glyphs and legendary nodes.
    6. Make legendary glyphs fun. When you reach level 46 for the glyphs, please give players the option to add skills instead of just adding numbers only. Like unlocking new skills and effects. For example, the Necromancer can summon zombie minions or blood thirsty vampires.
    7. Runewords should be build defining. Please give the players the option to add more skills when they combine a certain Runewords, you can have new set of powers like your Sorcerer can have unlimited teleport and no cooldown, the Necromancer can summon fallen enemies to fight for you or the Druid can summon a grizzly bear companion.
    8. Unique items should also be build defining. Some of the unique items needs a rework. A good example is Soulbrand, when you use a healing potion does not heals you but instead grants a barrier. It would be nice that they will change it to " when you use a healing potion, it heals you and grants you a barrier. While the barrier is active , you have 25 % damage reduction and 30 % increase damage.
    9. Some of the legendary aspects needs to be added on the skill tree as passive skills. For example, the aspect of occult dominion, your maximum number of skeletal warriors and mages is increased by 3. These should have been a passive skill not an aspect added to your gear.
    10. Bring back the horadric cube or kanais cube.
    11. Please add the option to change the color of your mount armor.
    12. Please add the option to change the elements of the Sorcerer's skill. Give us an option to change hydra into frost hydra or lightning hydra, flame shield into lightning shield, meteor shower into frost meteor, blizzard into lightning storm.
    13. Add the 3rd enchantment slot to the Sorcerer.
    14. Add the option to the Sorcerer to dual weild a 2 handed staff and a focus or a 2 handed staff and a wand.
    15. Please add more varieties to the Necromancer minions. Give us an option to summon zombies that deals poison damage by puking on enemies, vampires that makes enemies bleed and leeching life on enemies, wraiths that cast curses on enemies.
    16. Give the Necromancer the option to dual wield a 2 handed scythe and a 1 handed scythe.
    17. For the Rogue, give us the option to dual weild a crossbow similar to the Diablo 3 demon hunter. Please add a mechanic that can give the Rogue to attack faster when they use crossbow. As of now , the 2 handed crossbow is so clunky and slow.
    18. The Barbarian carries 4 weapons but your bludgeoning weapon is only limted to a 2 handed mace. You can't even carry a 2 handed slashing weapons both example on your left hand a 2 handed sword and your right hand a 2 handed axe. Since the Barbarian is the only class that has the arsenal system, why not give us the option to use 2 handed axe on the left hand, 2 handed sword on the right hand and 2 one handed weapons.
    19. The Druid only has 2 shapeshifting forms ( werebear and werewolf ). Other games like Baldur's gate 3, the Druid has more than 2 shapeshifting forms. I am not asking for that but at least they can add Werecat and Moonkin for additional build varieties. The spirit boons are so bad and it does not do anything unique to the class. Also, please give us an option to change the body shape of the Druid.
    20. Please remove the RNG to tempering and masterworking. The RNG should only apply for numbers if you have selected your preferred affixes.
    21. Please give us some cool rewards when you complete a nightmare dungeon like a transmog or cosmetic.
    22. No subclasses for each classes, no unlocking of new skills when you reach higher levels. The legendary paragon nodes is just adding numbers. They already have the codex of power but you are only limited to adding it on your gears which you only have limited options for your build.
    For example if you use razorplate on your chest for thorns damage however you also want to use other defensive aspects for your chest.
    So in order to do this , you only need to select either equip a legendary chest item or a unique item or a mythic chest item. Which you can only select 1.
    Now this would add more build play style if you can add an aspect to an empty slot then equip a unique item of your choice.
    For example, using aspect of disobedience to an empty chest slot then equip a tyrael's might. Same should also be applied to other slots as well.
    23. For subclasses, please give us an endgame mechanic that can unlock subclasses. Similar to path of exile's ascendancy. Your Sorcerer can become a Wizard and can unlock arcane magic, the Necromancer can become blood knight, the Rogue can become a demon hunter specializes on crossbow and grenades, the Druid can become a beastmaster that can switch to Werebear, Werewolf , Werecat and Moonkin simultaneously and not pigeonholed on 1 build.
    24. Please add a season rebirth. In this way, when we play a seasonal character, we won't have to start all over again. Give us an option to select an eternal character that will become a seasonal character but the progress of the character will carry over to the season. For example if the character is paragon level 200 with level 50 glyphs it will carry over to the new season. But they will not have an access to the eternal stash until the season ends.
    25 . Please fix the conduit shrine.

      Amazing comment! I agree with most of your points, and I will actually be talking about some in my next upcoming video.
      I agree with Pala/Crusader, I think that's coming next. Gear on Mercs could only work if we share the legendary aspect, because they will never do enough damage. I think the current "runewords" work good to complement the base game mechanics, I'm not sure how well D2 runewords would work in D4 with current itemization. Maybe they could do something with the useless yellow and blue items in that regard.
      Horadric cube or some other item crafting system would be great. More paragon boards for sure. Lack of rebirth option in the season is very annoying. Conduit sucks. Some uniques and uber uniques (like selig and the useless shrine staff) need rework.
      Agree on third enchantment slot. Necro also needs a way to command skeletons/mages like D3 Necro did. Vampires would be pretty cool, ngl. I wouldn't hold my breath on subclasses, but generally I'm always in favor of anything that gives the players more options and variety!

      ​@@fallenmessiah3308 it would be hard for the devs to apply the D2 runewords to D4 because the itemization in D4 is different. However they already have some runewords that can apply summoning skills like summon a spirit wolf and they can apply the same concept to the different variety of Necromancer's minions . In this way, they can just add more runes of invocation for summoning different minions for the necromancer. The runewords in D4 has so much potential and this will give players a reason to chase these items.
