Bro speaking from personal experience playing guard I 100 percent agree niggas will indeed go for a contact LAYUP instead of shooting wide open. It’s been times where I score 40 pt games and LOSE cause randoms cant take high percentage shots and personally it frustrates me because I actually PREFER to pass the rock I say all that to say just be Kobe and get yours cause if you gone lose you might as well do it having 40 plus points

That being said when he sees you going to corner he should just get hash anyways, so blame there is 50/50, just a miscommunication imo

It looked like the rebounder "RB-LB'd" the pass to the furthest player (even though on the screen you looked closer because you ran a straight line). Not sure if the other player could make a touch pass from the catch animation he got. He could've still hit you, but by the time he caught it, you were under rim. You could've cheesed from under the rim, but you adapted instead and filled corner. You gave the other player a driving lane by moving your defender out the way. #2cents

Im still baffled at 2ks logic to make even a 85+ midrange harder to make than a 75-80 three.. and the contests are so random if you arent absolutely wide open its damn near impossible to make even with sometimes super low contests the speed changes up so quick. But a three you make those contested all day.. i really hope they make the midrange a more reliable go to option especially when you have 85 and better mid-range. But as far as 2k all they want is Threes and dunks as the primary scoring all game.. it become kinda boring to see the same shit game after game. I wanna see more Midranges, Finesse layups, more post moves. At the drop of the game layups inside where extra buttery ..then they messed it all up.. so of course the mid range should be a viable shot. I get whay 2k did with the timing to stop the Zens (Which are sold in gamestop now lol) but i think they kinda over did it. With all the different timings. I dont mind if cats make shot more but make the defense more effective. I have yet to play a REC game this year where the game was close and it was high scoring as well. Only time you break 75 to 100 is in a blowout..but i wouldnt mind seeing a 98-96 kinda game shit would be crazy fun if it was defense to match. They game feels super stagnant and it has no flow unless its a fast break the half court offense is clunky and slow and passing fluidly is impossible because of the lane steals.. think the should make the dimensions of court bigger somehow but also make body up defense more effective so it wont be a rim run fest all game. The dribble is decent some of it. Most of the sigs are just fluff and useless. So everyone uses the same ones. Hopefully 2k24 will get their shit together because once all the new next gen games drop 4th quarter that game will die quick. Its alot of amazing games dropping later this year.
