Hello, I'm following your course on Udemy. When you plan to introduce the final PID control tutorial in SCL? Thanks

Sir, how to control the level of a tank in very basic way ? Suppose there is a tank of 10 metre and we want our pump to start when the liquid level falls below 5m and the pump should stop when the level reaches 10m. Sir this question was asked last year in Bhabha Atomif Research Centre. I am having interview next month.

Step 1: You can use level switch as an input in which mention low level (I0.0) , High level (I0.1) & Very low level( I0.3) and take Output : pump (Q0.0). Step 2: Install your level switch in such a way like High level at 10m, low level at 5m and very low level at 2m. Step 3: Write logic in plc such as when ur pump will start and when ur pump will be close? For start pump when when low level sensor is on pump will be start for close when all ur 3 sensors on pump vl be close.

Can you make a video showing bottom control of tank on temperature of liquid and feed valve control on level of tank.

Dear Mr. Rajvir , Thank you very much for the video. Could you please explain about the logic for finding the stroke position using incremental encoders? . We are using this for the press machine in our factory.

10:56; the datatype was 'DINT', he was probably selecting 'UDINT' when converting the data.

thanks for your feedback, even then it should work Since UDINT is nothing just 'Unsigned' Double Integer which make sense as the value of % should be always in positive 0 - 100%.

In many cases it doesn't work, as the starting range of UDINT is different from DINT. Try with DINT and do let me know if this was the issue.

thanks for your training videos. Can we simulate tia portal servo control (technology object) commands in factory io application? Is there factory io equipment for this?
I would be happy if you help
    Thank you

i am unable to define %ID*** datatypes. Whenever i define it is showing an error saying "The data type DWord of the actual parameter does not match the data type Bool of the formal parameter". Does anybody has solution of this problem?
